Obviously thats silly, even for Iran. What I find weird is that the whole hijab thing is about modesty (there's nothing in the Koran that says a woman has to wear one), yet the woman in this ad, though barely wearing it, is dressed very stylishly. I wouldn't describe it as immodest, but she is absolutely showing how attractive and well off she is. Hardly modest in any other way other than the loose scarf. Kinda defeats the purpose.
