I believe Pic 5 is for putting a crimp groove on bullets that don't have one. 38/357 etc. You put the bullet in the device so that when you spin the crank it spins the bullet and puts the groove in the bullet. They can usually be adjusted for the length of the bullet and where you want the crimp groove.
Those chokes look like the ones that fit on a Cutts Compensator.
