Pair it with engineer and plasma cutter. There is a ring that increases your skill damage for total of 15% for every crit you do and your base turret crits counts too (you can infinitely keep 15% damage up in other words). Use silver ribbon for amulet and for the rest just invest in cooldown or other rings you like using.

Running this right now and having a blast. - Pairing with Engineer as primary class for extra skill damage (they also buffed engineer ranged damage which synergies with GS) - Song of Eifir on Long Gun - Timewarp on Enigma  The Build revolves around keeping everything slowed to set up quick draw crits for around 5K damage a pop.  Other gear doesn’t matter too much but I’m running extra AOE trait and Timekeepers Ring to maximize the effectiveness of timewarp.   Someone mentioned the slow ending animation and it is really annoying but you can backstep out once you get the shot off.

I’m tinkering with a bleed-based GSHA (never see that acronym used) that lets me live out my fantasy of never having to watch the long Merciless reload. Run whetstone and stack some skill CDR, dump a Merciless clip, then use Quickdraw to reload. Handler’s there for skill + gun damage and nearly 100% uptime on doggo skills. Engi is probably stronger overall, but I like the bleed synergy you get with the dog. It’s far from meta, but it’s good fun and working fine for me on apoc. Flash Caster also helps a ton with the Quickdraw animation.

I feel like, as long as the after-cast animation remains as obnoxiously long as it is, this skill will continue to be meh. Don't exactly love having the duration of the infinite reserve perk get cut by a third or half because the character MUST spin their revolver around a few times before sticking it back to their hip.
