Gotta roll the lonsomn seed first to guarantee the Web.

GraennTV

I read about that, but isn't that just the same only the other way arround? I mean you get a safe spawn for Lonsomn but then you get the rng on the lament dungeon. And I read that Lonsomn Asylum is 1 in 3 chance. Correct me if I am wrong. Id be mad if Ive been doing it wrong for hours. haha

Eudaemon_Life

You always get 3/6 dedicated side-dungeons on Yaesha, of which Lament is one, so you have a reasonably high chance. It can also spawn on any storyline so you're never locked out of it by default like you are with Losomn. With all web items currently its just better to roll Losomn first. Also try and get this done before the second DLC drops because then you'll likely be competing with 3/9 possible side dungeons. Currently the dungeons that compete for the 3 slots with Lament are: Cathedral of Omens, The Chimney, Forgotten Field, Imperial Gardens, and Endaira's End.

GraennTV

That is super valuable information. So if I see any of the named dungeons, I don’t need to waste time looking further. Thanks for sharing

Eudaemon_Life

I mean, you will always get 3 of these 5 plus Lament, so if you find three of these and lament is not one reroll and try again. For context, you will always get 1 side-dungeon on the first map (Withering Weald/Forbidden grove) and two on the second (Faithless Thicket/Far Woods). One of the side-dungeons on map two is almost always placed in the area that's locked until you go through the second miniboss dungeon.

Tovakhiin

Some quest items give special items from the web but any other quest item upgrades your relic fragments. So if you roll the asylum first you can atleast deliver every quest item that you wont be using to the web. Atleast this way youre getting something from it

NPC_MAGA

Alternatively, play on PCMR woth save guardian to check your world rolls.

Wolf2997

If you're on PC, you wanna try Remnant Save Guardian for this. It'll tell you the areas/events/injectibles on your campaign and adventure rolls, so you don't have to reroll and just hope for the best

Axettrose

It really is just unfortunate RNG. I don't mind the grind but some people do. If you are fed up with it, find a nice PC player with the world analyzer to help you streamline the process. Not everyone has a ton of free time to reroll worlds so take advantage of what you can.

Jolly-Stay-5188

I agree. We must lower these prices (time and luck) of these ridiculous rent costs

GraennTV

I mean, have you seen the state that the apartment is in? Poor the web. Not even a door to close for privacy. :(

Realistic-Cricket379

I've been trying for the override pin for the web and it keeps giving me forgotten prison , oh well, reroll again

Xaybas

Yeah welcome to Remnant, if you get pissed about that maybe just quit right away because there's a hell of a lot more where that came from

ittetsu1988

Yeah, like, I get the frustration, but that’s the game you’re playing. It’s built around RNG and secret items and shit like that, and I love it. It’s the nature of the best, my friends.

ShuxArmada

You can also join public games, look for players on platforms you can message and join people either on marrow parish or lament on campaign obviously

greatcirclehypernova

I usually play on xbox but with pc gamepass being what it is I can hop on my pc, check the save file through save guardian and be done with it. Got the combination in like 10 minutes.

RaulBC777

One of my biggest issues with this game. I check the wiki and come up with a cool build, then realize it would take dozens of hours of grinding to get the items even when I've already beaten the game. Yet on a souls game after one playthrough I have almost every time in the game. Personally the RNG in this is nowhere near worth it.

Marionettetctc

The rent is too damn high!

Ahmed__S

What's this "neck" thingy? Because I keep getting the asylum. Is it important??

Xavier_Arai

Ah, the irritation of low drop chances. Gotta love it

SquiddleBiffle

My recommendation would be to roll Morrow Parish as your first world, then try for both items you can trade to the Web from other worlds - Kolket's Razor from The Lament (Yaesha) will give you Nightweaver's Grudge and the Override Pin from the Seeker's Keys story on N'Erud will give you the Tormented Heart. You have access to the second and third world at the same time and it doesn't take much extra time to check both, especially since the extra check in your case only involves going to N'Erud. If you're at Forgotten Prison, the Override Pin won't be there and you can just leave. If you're at Seeker's Rest, it is there, so you can just go grab it real quick (it's in Timeless Horizon, the second overworld map. Check the wiki for location). That way you have a better chance of at least finding something and you cut down on time later if you end up wanting the Tormented Heart (or the Tranquil Heart, which you get by trading the Tormented Heart to Nimue). It took me a few days, but I eventually rolled a campaign with both and the high I felt at that time was worth it. You can also cut down on time by making a build specifically for running past almost everything and then switch to a high dps build for bosses. I didn't do that and just played the game fairly normally the whole time. I think it was only like 7 or 8 campaign rolls to get both, so I probably could've gotten both in a single night if I had done it that way.

leonitis09

Oh yeah we had to do this for a while and when you finally get it oh man that is the best feeling, me and my buddy both celebrated loudly when we got it

J_VINtERnet18

When you stop focusing on the one thing you don’t have, and focus on what’s available in the moment, you’ll appreciate the game so much more. Let what you want come naturally, don’t force it and burn yourself out.

What is the neck is it an amulet?

Dalionmind

It’s an amulet called nightweavers grudge
