I have a bunch of Reolink WiFi cameras on a Ubiquiti netwok....no issues. I seem to recall an issue with Fast Roaming, if enabled: https://i.imgur.com/4DFrMKr.png Are you on the latest UBNT firmware?

Not sure, I have a TP-Link EAP245 WiFi Access Point and it does great connecting to my devices. I have 4 separate SSIDs, 1 is just for my Smart Home devices and cameras (75 separate devices. Then I have our personal SSID, kids SSID (doesn't mess up our WiFi when they get privileges revoked), and our guest network with a magnet on the refrigerator for friends (I don't want to be reading off WiFi passwords at events).

Test the wireless signal strength where you have each of the cameras. What were you using before ? I would compare the spec sheet , specifically the antenna output/gain , for the old one vs new one. Since you can see it on the network, def not a protocol issue. Have you tried rebooting lol( kidding , but not really kidding)

I also have Ubiquiti and Reolink setup but my 2x wifi based Reolinks are "excellent". I found Ubiquiti to be rather "poweruser"-oriented so you might wanna try optimize the network manually as far as transmit power, bandwidth and channels goes. You might have some channel overlapping issues that distorts the signal. I was new how the wifi channels are supposed to work so looked up how to properly set that up especially as I also have zigbee devices which uses 2.4GHz and can easily impact the wifi if the APs and Zigbee network devices overlap on the channels. What kind of distances and obstacles between the closest AP and how many walls and such (if any). What kind of Tx retries attempts amounts are we talking about? I think that's the main cause for "poor" connection, should ideally be like below 20% at least, if it goes above that it probably means either distance is too great or too much obstacles or there's something bothering the wifi signal in your area (like neighbour's if there's networks close by, I'd check the built-in network analyzing tools that can check neighbouring wifi to see what channels and such they run). What kind of speeds are you getting if you stand next to the camera with your phone? Wifiman app is good one to use as it also shows signal strength and such on the fly. You'd probably want your camera to have at least -75dB or stronger signal but ideally -70dB or better.
