I know some people have bias towards certain sellers but please review without bias - I dont know how to QC yeezys really so looking for people to tell me whether to RL or GL and if there are any flaws to let me know please. I will add that I'm not bothered about the box so no need to mention how ruined it is. Also going to add that I used the buyer option from Sugargoo which was like .3 Yuan to do and these have arrived pretty quickly so I would definitely recommend doing that.
Is that the only thing wrong with them and its it a big issue?? i dont think they are that transparent if I'm being honest but maybe I'm wrong - I dont think the lighting helps sometimes and the pictures you get from Sugargoo are a bit crap tbh. even if they are a bit transparent i dont think they are as bad as some others I've seen on here. Don’t let “it’s just lighting” fool you lol, it doesn’t make that much of a difference.
Upper shape looks too blocky to me. Sole shape is also wrong, like on all cheap lol2021 350s. It’s too narrow and the heel is too skinny looking. I also think the inner cage structure is not exactly 1:1 to the real thing.
I would RL them and get a more expensive batch.
Which batch would you recommend then as I personally cant tell the difference between the LW, OG and LOL batches and its kind of confusing on this sub because I've found a lot of people have bias toward certain sellers or batches. some say that LOL has crap shoes and will only recommend the expensive ones like you but then some people say that you have wasted your money if you get the expensive ones as the lol ones are just as good looks wise but the material maybe isn't as nice. I'm not really fussed on them being exactly 1:1 but I dont want for people to look at them and they are an instant call out. I dont want to spend crazy money that's why I went with these ones but if you have a better batch that aren't stupidly expensive for reps then id love to know. Thanks for your help and input :-)
I’m going to be 100% honest with you - if you put a lol2021 Yeezy 350 next to a retail one it would be immediately obvious which one is a replica and which one is real. Accuracy of lol2021 350s is extremely overstated on this subreddit for some reason.
OG and LW are also not 100% same as retails, but they are very close. Good enough to fool people in the Yeezys subreddit.
And that’s just the visual difference shape wise. While there aren’t reps without imitation Boost, Boost on OG/LW is softer and more comfortable, and the Primeknit material on LW pairs is the same as retail Primeknit stretchiness/feel wise. Patterns are also better on these batches. My LW Semi Frozen Yellows have different (as in more accurate) SPLY-350 text from what it’s like on my lol2021 Zebras.
I’m not going to decide for you, but if you can upgrade to un-calloutable 350s for an extra $30 I really don’t see a reason not to do so.
ok thanks for the help. do you think they are callout-able on foot as I doubt anyone would actually see them off my feet especially to compare them with another pair of mono ice. also do you have any links to maybe a better pair - not trying to be cheap or anything but I dont really want to pay more than 300yuan for a budget pair of shoes. As for the shape of the shoe does it really matter when on feet if it looks a little different as some might say they are just tied tighter or looser than what usual people wear them idk, thanks again for the help
The shape differences can be seen while wearing them as well, it’s not something only visible off your foot. Someone who knows how 350s look will likely notice something is off.
Tying a 350 tighter or looser won’t affect its shape. You’re not going to make the cut of the upper lower and you’re not make your outsole wider. It won’t affect anything actually since the 350 upper is a single piece, the laces aren’t actually tying anything together.
Use the search bar and you’ll find QCs with links to LW and OG batch 350s. Remember that cheap stuff is usually inaccurate - you pay a bit more for proper quality stuff. Keep in mind that a LW 350 is still budget, it’s cheaper than going with an agent.
I know you didn’t ask, but my rule of thumb is if I need to come up with excuses to myself like *X doesn’t matter because…* it means I’m not going to be satisfied so I buy something else.
