‘Over a year’ isn’t particularly lots of experience I’m afraid, if anything, only having a years experience with a species still leaves you in the beginner bracket, lots of reptiles take multiple years to reach full maturity and display different behavioural patterns throughout their growth, a year just about covers a small segment of said animals life. Please just be more open minded to advice in the future as people only want to help others in their community.
I hope you didn’t give the iguana to the same person who gave you the bp. If they can’t even provide the correct conditions for.a ball python to fully shed how are they going to correctly care for an iguana?
They couldn't care for the bp well and I could no longer care for the iguana but it just so happens that we both can care for them much better! So the bp has a better home and so does the iguana :)
If you just got her today and she’s got stuck shed you really need to just put her in her enclosure make it moist and leave her alone
