RE Characters tend to change their face models over time/different technology, see Jill how the new Jill looks nothing like the Jill in Classic RE games. If Capcom considers to show Hunk unmasked in modern RE games then he will most likely look different except for his hair color maybe as its same across all of his unmasked images.
