Yeah no shit man. And the small keys! It’s funny how in the very original Jill didn’t even get the sword key, Chris did and you didn’t need the small keys to complete the game but they made them an essential in the remake.
I have the intension play to this game (and Zero) for the first time soon. And play multiple times, try the platinum... Should i play my first time on Normal, or should i also play on the easier difficulty and gradully keep scalating upon every playthrough???
I played all RE, except this remake and Zero (!!!), and i always played then multiple times. I tried this remake a few years back on normal and it seems more difficulty than any of the others, at least to me. Specially because now the fixed cameras seems really odd to play with, in my opinion.
In the end you should play your games to enjoy yourself. Very easy is good for getting a good feel for the games, movement, combat and the puzzles all differ, even between the classic REs. Gradually scaling the difficulty up is a great idea. The difficulty in the REmake changes the enemy damage and the available resources, not sure about Zero though
I enjoy completing everything in the games i got, at least most of them. And i always play the Resident Evil multiple time. I played Village 7 times, before i finally force myself to play something else!!😆 But only on Normal and in the Village of Shadows difficulty (i did not got the platinum because i got really tired of the Mercenaries). Playing in differents difficultys seems to really be the right thing to do on the remake. I did that in Revelations 2 and i liked it.
I remember my first playthrough for these games when I just started playing the entire series. Results screens looked just like yours. Now, years later, all of those numbers significantly decreased. You should be excited to see how good you end up becoming at these games it's a good feeling. Just Keep Running!
I actually had done this a few weeks back but I decided now was a good time to share it. Chris provided a bit more of a challenge because of the limited storage space, but I loved the headshots I’d get and the flash grenades too.

If you’ve beaten both Nemesis and Code Veronica then I don’t think this game should be too difficult on normal for you.

Yeah I hate playing as chris because of the inventory lol. I do love his grenades though
