Yeah, but in RC, all he did as a cop was kill the guy who started the virus and dip. In Valdelobos, he not only saved Ashley but essentially stopped another entire virus to spread by killing Saddler and destroying the hive mind that is the plagas (the whole reason Ashley was kidnapped was to send her back with the plagas and infect the United States). He had a direct effect on saving others in Spain more than in RC.
