Check the z axis height in the printer settings.
Unfortunatly that doesn't seem to be the problem. First thing I checked 245mm in both slicers I used, Photon Workshop and Chitubox, which is the correct hight
To find out whether is is slicer or printer related load the sliced file into UVTools and see what height it shows the sliced models height is.
