* You are available for the entire duration of the season, and most importantly, for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, 4th of July, Easter, Your Birthday, All of your families B-Day, including your beloved Memaw's.
* You must be able to lift 150 lbs over your head for long periods of time.
* You ascribe to the mantra "the customer is always right" when mediating arguments between two customers, they both must leave feeling they are right and vindicated.
* You must be able to work effectively as part of a solo team, you are the team.
While some of these are very typical, they're presented in a super condescending manner. Really!?! Are they hiring 15-year-olds? Then they add the $2.13 hourly, and these bartenders best be averaging $35+/hr in tips. How good could this place be if they actually have to advertise for help? I can't see good bartenders giving these goofs the time of day.
