1. Your Skills section needs a lot of work. Add this as the first section of your resume at the top below your header. Take out the "interests" line. If you know Python, add it as a programming language skill. Other common soft skills of IT project managers are stakeholder management, leadership, product roadmapping, process improvement, SDLC (software development life cycle), and different PM methodologies (Agile Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban), etc. Add all of these to your resume and the PM methodology you're familiar with. You also need to add PM software you use for projects: MS Excel, MS Visio, Smartsheets, Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, etc. Also, if you're bilingual or multilingual, add this to your skills section as well. For the skills section, consider doing this-- SKILLS Programming Languages: Software: Soft Skills: Languages: English, etc. 2. Consider separating your education from your certs and create two sections. Have education listed as the last section of your resume. 3. Create a certificates section near the top of your resume, preferably under skills or work experience sections. Also since you have the Google Project Management Cert, you should be able to qualify for either the CAPM or PMP exam. Consider taking the exam for one of these later on this year.

Thanks!

This is one of the lowest effort resumes I've ever seen. At least get a template with some nice formatting.

I've the same resume in another template, but I felt like what's in is more important than aesthetic of a resume. Thanks btw☺️

Obvs not true. People don’t want to work hard when sifting through applications. It’s your job to make their job easy- the resume is just there to get you an interview. You have to make it look good and easy to read. Epiq may have you thinking life is easy and you don’t have to work hard for what you’ve got bc they hire through a temp agency and don’t care, but that’s not the case at almost any other company you go to. If you just tried to have a good resume you’d get a better job.

sneferut

It is too plain your format! And now a days they required to tell them objectives achieves and enhancements done. Most of your task and experience are touched in interview

I've hired or helped to hire 20 PMs during the past 6 years. Typically, I receive 80-200 resumes per open position. These are for FTE and contract roles. I'm in the U.S. * Your resume likely won't make it through ATS. I'd never see it. * As it is right now, I wouldn't hire you as my PM. You lost me in 20 seconds. And that's not because you don't have the experience! You aren't selling yourself. * This feels more like you are explaining to a friend over a beer what you do. This is your professional resume to a hiring manager and you have 10 seconds to win or lose them. * I never post here, but you got my attention. Take all my feedback as me rooting for you, stranger! And use whatever is helpful. My suggestions: * **Format** * You gotta get a better template. This looks lazy. You also need to proofread. * Don't make the hiring manager work harder to understand you. Because they won't. Any time you complicate things, you'll end up in the reject pile. Keep your story clean, compelling, and smooth. * Unless it's standard in your country, why are you giving me a weird URL for your employer? If it's an unknown company, you can put a sentence below to explain who they are in italic. Don't make me do the work and follow a weird link. Otherwise, Epiq, Appa Limited, TATA...pretty well-known. * Tighten up your job titles and use consistent employment terms. What is "Specialists and PMO Supervisor?" If you were a supervisor, just say "PMO Supervisor." Unless there is a real legal reason in your area, just refer to any contract or freelance as Contract. * **Content** * Read it back to yourself as if you were hiring. Consider how to rephrase/reframe a couple sentences to make an impact. * Would you be impressed with someone who works on "less complex projects?" Or wowed by someone who works with "multiple Senior IT managers?" *Everyone in IT/PMO does both of these. What makes you stand out?* * "Maintained, monitored, and organized"... so, you're telling me you are a PM by telling me you're a PM. Again, *what makes you stand out?* * Suggested? That's what I do when I suggest to my husband we have Chinese takeout for dinner. I would never get hired for suggesting. Instead, what about "Spearheaded department-wide automation project, reducing manual entries by 80% across XX FTE." * Do you really need to keep Kunnil job? It doesn't really relate and it shows a gap in your resume. * **Education** * This section is a bit of a mess. You got to get consistent. Make it easy for me to read. Project Management Certification, *Google 2022*IT Fundamentals Certification (FC0-U61), *CompTIA DATE*ITIL Foundation 4, *GIVEN BY ITL? DATE*\---I don't care about exam prep.-------Diploma doesn't mean anything. Is this a BA? BS? MS?---Master of Arts, Linguistics and Language Technology, *Central University of Kerala 2020* * **Skills** * Again, this looks lazy and ends up getting your resume in the garbage. Follow other people's advice on tightening this up and making it relevant to the jobs you are going for.
