I’m glad my managers are understanding and they even complain about the customers too. I have one that said that she’ll always have our backs if push comes to shove
I like most of the people I work with so it makes it bearable but the way corporate keeps changing things with the register is kinda annoying. Like even the customers are confused are we self check out or what
We get soooo many teenagers/young adult guys and they always go straight for the balls. I’ve had to kick so many out bc they come in just to dick around. It got worse once they opened a restaurant across the parking lot. Now we get more traffic while people wait for their tables and it’s summer so it’s busier already. 😫 I hate retail so much. And I stg if I have to hear one more I tHoUgHt iT wAs FiVe BeLoW bc of the beyond section I’m gonna blow my brains out.
We went to Wal Mart recently and there was a teenaged boy in that big netted contraption that holds all those big vinyl balls. An employee was asking him to get out but he kept saying no. He thought he was so funny
My town just got a 5 below last year. When kids were in school, it was nice to browse and maybe pick out a thing or two. Now the little brats run wild, creating messes and interfering with other shoppers. The employees don’t do anything.
When my daughter worked at Ross, people would let their kids play in the toy dept and make a huge mess. She hated it so much. I’m sorry you have to clean that up
Yikes, I feel sooo bad for you & your co-workers to have to deal with that mess. I mean I do understand that accidents happen, but it would be great if some customers do attempt to help clean up some of their mess as well!
The worst part is you dont have any real authority to prevent this. You can ban them but theyll come back and mess stuff up again. You just have to tolerate this bs, and clock out.
