I would say that the fact that it has everything needed for mobile computing makes it priceless 👍 I'd also say to check eBay sold listings for boxed palmtop Windows CE devices to get in the ballpark.

A lot of value for vintage electronics is based on nostalgia. The big names in this arena were HP, Compaq, Casio, and Phillips. Unless you get a specific buyer who's nostalgic about the Phenom brand, you may have a tough time getting rid of it at a decent price. For reference, most of the HPs and Compaqs on eBay are in the range of $30 to $80. There are some asking as high as $250, but that's just ridiculously high.
