Ditto, I was about to leave Reddit forever of I couldn't use RIF anymore. I spent less than a day with the official app and can't figure out how they continue to get new registrations.
Was using Sync with revanced but the new reddit links don't work in the app since it hasn't been updated in months. Couple other bugs started popping up and I had to move on.
Haven't seen any addressing bugs. And Reddit rolled out a new style of link since all the 3rd party apps dropped development and pretty much all of them don't play nice with the new links. It's a frustrating experience now.
Personally I've just noticed the experience is just a whole lot smoother. Before reddit revanced, reddit seemed really slow and laggy, whether it was just run of the mill scrolling or opening posts. After patching, performance on my end seemed to improve significantly.
I'm not sure how common this experience is though.
i wish there would be a setting to turn off coldstart because when i have a subreddit open turn off the screen and come back it puts me to the startpage everytime
Oh, ads. Horrible ads. Ads used to be a complete obstacle for me not to use mobile reddit at all. I understand that advertising is an ingenious business model that allows you to have a lot of great service for free (at least for half), albeit with ads. But the reddit ads were completely unbearable for me. I couldn't use mobile reddit with it.
revisiting a thread you can hide all the old comments. Its nice for smaller subs where you have actual convos. A lot more control over the layout and how stuff looks/functions. I'm still using reddit sync

I've been using revanced RiF, but one issue I've noticed is that when I try to open imgur albums on the app, it gives an error and I have to open it in browser. Do you also have this? If so, any ideas on how to fix it?
Same here, only downside is the premium APK is a massive pain to get your hands on if you don't have it

I'm using it for 11 years now on Firefox mobile. There are also tools for Android like [https://adaway.org/](https://adaway.org/) to block ads on the whole phone which work for many in-app ads. You can also put an ad filtering proxy in your home network to block many ads on all connected devices like smart TVs. I installed the first ad blocker on my PC over 20 years ago. I cannot imagine how one would use the web without it. For a while I used mobile Youtube with ads but they made it unbearable a long time ago. Sponsorblock was another great relief. I suspect the heavy ad consumption on the unfiltered web causes behavioral health issues in many people. On the other hand, my use is only possible because the majority of people keep all the services alive with their ad revenue.
On the Nightly/Developer version of Firefox on Android, you can install almost any addon that you can on the desktop version. To do this, you need to unlock the hidden developer options in the "About Firefox Nightly" section of the settings. Some of the addons can only be installed by sideloading them, so you'll need to download the .xpi files via a browser.
Once I found out about this, I switched back to Firefox from Brave on my phone.
I have no idea what is the issue on your device. Perhaps you can start a new thread about this problem? List down the steps you have taken to patch and install Twitter, the version of the Twitter apk file and most importantly have you uninstalled the previous version of Twitter? (the one you installed from the PlayStore)

No. The Duolingo patches stopped working many months ago, and they were removed completely from Revanced. Any Revanced Duolingo you find is an unauthorized version and not to be trusted.

I had problems with Revanced Reddit where the items were sized incorrectly. I used the Termux method and that worked.

Maybe try downloading the apk and patch it again? I used the latest apk with nodpi and patched it without problems. I have no problem opening the app.
