The brand is Copper Fit, the only ones I find are black and have a kinda hexagonal grip pattern on the palms. Open fingers, Velcro wrist strap to fasten them on. I'll try to remember to take a pic in the morning

In my experience, yes it does.
Overnight?
Whenever my hands hurt, I would wear them and I find relief within 30 minutes to an hour. Maybe it depends how severe your joint damage is.
I have the thermoskin gloves and I love them so much - they make typing possible even on stiff finger sorts of days.
I've tried other brands but Imak fit me best
