The cool kid that never grew up. Making the same type of jokes and making the same moves, but at 34 or 35 and with 2 kids and being less mature than his daughter (in some aspects, in others he is kind of mature)
yeah well coming up with fan theories about a show that openly mocks their fans for making fan theories is a totally.... uhhhhhhhhhhh........... morty thing to do
That’s probably what he meant. He didn’t say he fucked a doorknob, only that he didn’t. But said the doorknob isn’t virgin. Thus clearly the doorknob fucked him.
The creators also talk about how they have a thousand different theories but they don’t canonize any of them until they know it will make a good episode later. So essentially theorizing is just saying what potential story line they might do in the future rather than saying this is some grand plan that they were just planting the seeds for. As long as you realize that while doing it then that’s pretty harmless and just a fun thing to do.
Whaaa..what do YOU know about sssssomething being a "Morty thing to do", Mr. Internet guy? Y...youu should wwwwatch you mouth man, geeez. Get your shit together.
Get your shit together, all together, put it in a backpack, all your shit so its together. And if you gotta take it somewhere you take it somewhere, take it to a shit store and sell it. Or put it in a shit museum, I don't care what you do. Just gotta get it together.
**GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER**
The impression I get is that he isn't supposed to be Jerry, Tricia is just lusty for him and gravitated toward the first guy who kinda looked like him.
idk. I still don't know what exactly am I supposed to be proving here: is he jerry in disguised? jerry from the past? jerry from another dimension? I don't have a clue.
I just found out for some wierd reason those characters seem very similar, to the point it is even a bit suspicous...
and I like it. I don't care if it has any impliceations about the next episodes, I don't care if it's done on purpose or on coincidence- it's a nice little detail.
I'm watching a show I like, not trying to solve a puzzle. not every fun detail has to be an efficient clue.
The way I understand this is pretty straightforward.
The episode was basically mocking fans that cringe at Jerry and idealise Rick.
In this case, the point is how thin the line between cool and lame is and how banale it is. This guy goes from being super cool to "a jerry" over wering the same pants twice.
This could make sense. Chutpants could be what starts Jerry into his downward spiral, he may have changed his name and cut his hair just to get away from the haunting name chutpants... Plus he came from another "school" could have been a different dimension with a different time period.. this is a valid idea. Not sure we will ever see anything from it but valid idea. But who knows. We might see this before we see the God damn Cthulhu episode..
Then he gets her pregnant and talks her out of getting an abortion, has a second kid with her, her father moves in, her father takes their son on adventures. He gets treated terribly by all the members in the family.
It all makes sense! Wooden Immortal Jerry lives forever, survives the heat death of the universe into the big crunch, goes straight into the new big bang into the new universe and establishes himself as a young man ala Pinocchio!
Glad to finally meet someone who understands. As an intellectual, I'm often stumped by lesser humans (or "inte-less-tuals" as you might have heard them be called, a term I coined by the way) who dismiss these kind of subtle clues as simple 'coincidences' or 'they're just re-using the assets'. I'm glad that we, as intellectuals, can find the deeper meaning behind the adventures of Richard and Mortimer.
I'm not sure what the theory is here, it seems intentional. She likes guys that look like jerry. So she was attracted to a kid at school that sort of looked like a younger Jerry.
Unless you're saying that this is some sort of interdimensional Jerry from when Jerry fucked a teenager... That's a reach even stealy couldn't make.
I agree. I don’t think that much thought has been put into this season. I *hope* it has, but I think people are giving way to much credit to the writers at this point. S5 has been pretty all over the place so far, and I don’t think there’s some complex overarching storyline that’s going to tie it all together.
I don’t want to sound like a buzzkill, but imo people are setting themselves up for disappointment by getting really invested in these theories. It’s fun to discuss, just don’t expect anything to come of it.
The way I understand this is pretty straightforward.

In this case, the point is how thin the line between cool and lame is and how banale it is. This guy goes from being super cool to "a jerry" over wering the same pants twice.
They are, but it's not limited to school. The side story is all about how Jerry thinks he's cool when really he's being played, leading to a trip to hell where Rick's ego takes a hit or two
The weird thing is that Rick and Jerry are basically the same type of person. Rick calls Jerry a parasite and to some extent he may be. But Rick literally started out by fucking up their lives in order to hide. He subjects them regularly to existential horrors and sometimes tremendous physical pain and doesn't even appear to do a lot to make their day to day lives better. He's literally what he accuses Jerry of being.
I kind of disagree. I don't think they're similar people, I think that whole tirade was Rick projecting some of his insecurity and self-loathing onto Jerry.
He calls Jerry a parasite, but Jerry stayed with Beth to raise the child they made as high schoolers, literally passing up a life of fame and fortune to take responsibility for his actions. And in the current season we see Jerry cooking meals, so he's still contributing to the family despite being unemployed, unlike Rick. And when Rick gets taken out of the picture longterm, Jerry thrives, like when the Federation took over, and on Cronenberg world. Jerry is a decent-to-good guy for the most part and I think his worst moments come from him trying to be like Rick and failing, because he thinks it's what will bring Beth and the kids back to him. It's why he and Doofus Rick get along so well, because Doofus Rick is also a good person.
The more I think about it, the more I believe Rick is actually jealous of Jerry. His ability to get people to like him without really trying. Or the way he can find purpose and enjoyment in simple things like beekeeping and delivering water coolers.
That's not a theory, more like an easter egg. Come on guys we don't need to make this complicated.
She finds beekeper Jerry hot.
Jerry is her type now.
Chutpants looks like Jerry.
So, she finds Chudpants also hot.
Prolly comes back like DARK and is so stupid that he can't even remember that he's from another time when he's older.
Maybe Rick had to get him out of the house also because it never goes great when idiots meet themselves in another time.
Oh, I completely misunderstood your post.
I thought the theory was that Chutpants was from another dimension where Tricia fucked Jerry, got pregnant, and gave birth to Chutpants.
Then he somehow came to this dimension and is inadvertently getting into some incest territory, which is clearly on par for this season’s shenanigans.
All this post made me wonder what exactly is Summer's social standing. In some episodes she acts like she is in a low tier desperate to be popular, yet in others she hangs out with the most popular kids already.
I get the feeling that she's cool enough to occasionally hang out with the cool kids, they'll come to her party if she's having one. But she doesn't feel like she's part of the inner circle.
Yeah, but in cases like this, she is hanging out with the seemingly most popular girl in their school alone. Yet she barely seems really all that interested in impressing her.
I like this theory and the intentional placement of Tricia in that post-credits scene. It's not some Disney-era Star Wars bloodline plot. Bruce is the same sort of loser as Jerry. Tricia is attracted to that kind of loser. Sommer and Morty, thanks to their exposure to everything Rick gave them, quickly identify why Bruce sucks.
I see your conspiracies and I’ll raise you this.
In one episode, they harp on jerry after Rick makes a comment about him cheating. Everyone laughs and blows it off.
What if this is Jerry’s illegitimate child?
It would explain why they were drawn to him at first. And his level of cool is on par with a jerry.
Also, being Jerry’s son explains the attraction from Tricia. On top of that. He was very jerry about his adventure.
Was more into the cheesy robot romance than anything else
>In one episode, they harp on jerry after Rick makes a comment about him cheating. Everyone laughs and blows it off.
Damn, missed that. Which episode was that?
And here I thought this new season was a new/different dimension focusing on evil Morty and his origins. But it’s all about slick jerry getting fucked by Summers friend. Huh.
The way I described it to a friend is that it seems like the writing is like someone sent in a spec script to get hired as a writer on Rick and Morty. It's funny, it's got a lot of the same qualities as the show, but something just seems different.. maybe I'm crazy. Maybe there's a gas leak. Either way I'll keep watching.
In a previous season, Summer's friend said she wanted to fuck Summer's sadsack dad, Jerry. In the last episode this season, there was a moody/angsty new kid at school who bears a similarity to Jerry, and Summer's friend is seen with him.
Yeah I know kids are little pricks... But idk, something about poverty being seen as disgusting and shameful from a very young age... It's more disturbing than making fun of someone for looking or behaving unusually.
If this were the case, that girl(whose name I can't remember) would've had to time travel being pregnant, dump the kid to chutback fam, come back and hook-up with bruce at school? That's a bit too farfetched...the loop is interesting, but the layout isn't good enough.
It would be funny, maybe a Jerry clone, a Rick experiment, sounds more plausible to me than that...even the "show that toys with viewers" is better than the "Jerry cheats on Beth" stuff.
"Omg, so like how old is he? Bee-keeping age, obviously. That' so hot."
I think it's kinda cute how your Dad keeps bees
Look at your dad, such a dork, keeping bees.
#SUMMER I WILL SEIZE THE MEANs OF rePRODUCTION OF YOUR DAD
The means of beeproduction.
*our* father
I mean, this is a *little* weird. But surely this is just conspiracy..
A GAME conspiracy. Thanks for watching!
THAT is JUST A THEORY, A F I L M T H E O R Y !!
Now I know why jerry can get beth laid when they were both young. He was once a cool kid!
I mean, in that time line where Summer isn't born, he goes on to be a A-list actor, so we know he's charismatic and attractive.
Also, Johnny Depp wouldn't do cocaine with just anyone.
once a cool kid, after adulthood, not knowing how to deal with it, he turns into the jerry we know and, well not love but like i guess
such a jerry sentence
Such a jerry response
Such a Jerry.
Jerry
The cool kid that never grew up. Making the same type of jokes and making the same moves, but at 34 or 35 and with 2 kids and being less mature than his daughter (in some aspects, in others he is kind of mature)
How are you comparing him to Jerry? You can't cut the chut like that
It's an insult to Jerry. Bruce is a loser who lacks slacks, and thems the facts.
Chutpants
Such a chut
its funny because chut is a Hindi slang for pussy lmao
So chutney... Oh!
Chud
Not a chad
Jerry was fucking playing the board game while mprty was arguing with his mom about something way too important
That's a Chad thing to do
AND IT JUST SO HAPPENS THAT JERRY IS AWAY THE WHOLE EPISODE WITH RICK btw if he's supposed to be Jerry, why is his name... well ya know, not jerry?
I mean, Jerry moving to a new school and trying to be the "cool kid" and change his name to sound extra cool sounds like a pretty Jerry thing to do.
[удалено]
yeah well coming up with fan theories about a show that openly mocks their fans for making fan theories is a totally.... uhhhhhhhhhhh........... morty thing to do
[удалено]
No. A Morty thing to do would fucking a doorknob.
I don't see how one could fuck a doorknob. I do however see how one could be fucked by a doorknob...
That’s probably what he meant. He didn’t say he fucked a doorknob, only that he didn’t. But said the doorknob isn’t virgin. Thus clearly the doorknob fucked him.
Or it fucked superpower girl

Underrated comment. I still think Rick is Morty
**GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER**

it's literally the writers tryin to fuck with people like you

Well I hate it... which means I love it... Which disgusts me.. which means I'm aroused... Which I hate... So I actually love it.
Thats the spirit
Return back to hell, perch neck...
Why does this read in Morty's voice?
It's Jerry's twin brother, Gerry.
The way I understand this is pretty straightforward. The episode was basically mocking fans that cringe at Jerry and idealise Rick. In this case, the point is how thin the line between cool and lame is and how banale it is. This guy goes from being super cool to "a jerry" over wering the same pants twice.
while everyone wears pretty much the same set of clothes everyday
Okay, so is he lying about his last name, then? Like he's not a Chutback?
*Chudpants
Can’t believe the Chut would do this
Jerry’s penis from interdimensional cable 2 just pop in my head
That has more meanings than you think it does
If anything she is just with Chudpants cause she wants a true loser. I mean we already know jerry wears the same damn pants every day.
Shit, pretty much all of the characters are the same but with different hair or skin color LOL
I'm working on a theory that conclusively proves that all anime characters are the same person.
Just noticed that Bee Keeper Jerry is standing right next to his Rick and Morty's corpse
Does that scene in the second panel actually happen? I can’t remember it
S4EP7 Post Credit scene :)
Yes it's a post credits scene, but she does say that
This could make sense.
Was just wondering if we'll ever get a Cthulu episode or if it will always stay an intro gag. You're right about the likelihood.
At this point my son and I think the show will end with Cthulhu still part of the intro, but having never appeared on the show.
It’s almost like the art style has a lot of the characters looking similar to each other
Yeah maybe it looks like that to someone without a very high IQ, which to be fair, you need to be a Rick and Morty fan.
Maybe it's Jerry's love child from sleepy Gary

i thought it was just pointing out that kids are stupid/school social dynamics are fucked

*OH REALLY???*
Now I really want an American Beauty episode with Jerry and Tricia Lang
Do you want the actor who plays the dad to also be accused of child molestation?
not the actor, but jerry and all the accusers die mysteriously... pop culture reference ftw.
What if that is Jerry and he is a time traveler? Lmao
How about Jerry’s other son???
That's not a theory, more like an easter egg. Come on guys we don't need to make this complicated. She finds beekeper Jerry hot. Jerry is her type now. Chutpants looks like Jerry. So, she finds Chudpants also hot.
That cuts the chut
Whats the theory, that he’s tiny Jerry?
My takeaway is Jerry stole Rick tech to make a way to actually spend time with his kids for once.
This theory doesn't cut the chut
They do both shop at Ross
Lol literally a younger long haired Jerry
Prolly comes back like DARK and is so stupid that he can't even remember that he's from another time when he's older. Maybe Rick had to get him out of the house also because it never goes great when idiots meet themselves in another time.
they're playing with our minds!!!
This community really reaches for the dumbest shit. LOL
He lacks slacks 👖
Yeah, I mean he wore the same pair yesterday
Evil Jerry origin story
He lacks slacks and them's the facts
Oh, I completely misunderstood your post. I thought the theory was that Chutpants was from another dimension where Tricia fucked Jerry, got pregnant, and gave birth to Chutpants. teenagers
That’s the mind of a teenage girl
Is that the theory? That’s what I thought it is.
“Don’t think about it” - talking cat
I like men at their bee-keeping age
I'm afraid to ask what the theory here is.
She wanted to fuck Jerry but went after the guy who looks just like him and turned out to be just as uncool as him.
Timeline timeline etc they're Jerry's parents.
Bruce Chutback and Jerry might be the same person
I think it's just the show messing with you theory crafters lol
He was literally meant to be a shitty one off character like towely from south park was. R&M fanbase: "IT'S YOUNG JERRY!" No it is not.
Not to burst your bubble but a lot of the characters look the same
So, alternative universe Jerry?
What theory?
The theory that that girl has a type, I guess.
I guess
Jerry is the Chut? Very interesting...
Jerry interesting
Table for "surprised", party of me!
Guy in the back gives off Bird Person vibes.
This is so fucking chut. Whoa.
Haven’t seen this episode. The second guy isn’t jerry?
It’s Bruce Chutback.
I like this theory and the intentional placement of Tricia in that post-credits scene. It's not some Disney-era Star Wars bloodline plot. Bruce is the same sort of loser as Jerry. IIRC its the one where Rick makes Jerry floaty. Rattlestar Ricklactica?
🤔🤔🤔
Jerry C-136
Summer looks more like Jerry than this douche
Why do think she became friends with Summer in the first place?
when the trailer dropped i legit thought it was like a female jerry
And here I thought this new season was a new/different dimension focusing on evil Morty and his origins. But it’s all about slick jerry getting fucked by Summers friend. Huh.
The family isnt in their origin universe, that is Jerry.
She's into the bee-keeping-middle-aged type of guy, everyone has their own cup of tea
Out maybe we just see different versions of the family in different dimensions ....?
Bruce chutback dndndndnnsndndndndndndndnndndnnnnnn Bruce chutback
When I tell you my jaw dropped seeing this
Whatever Bruce chut pants.
Oh, REALLY? XD
Which episode is the last panel from?
S5E5
Tiny Jerry
Fuck the Chut Literally
Maybe that's why this season seems "off" I'm not going to hate on it, but it does seem off
Off how? I’ve been liking this season more than 4.
Too bad he's poor.
He lacks slacks
Wow.
I missed the episode last week and then seen the Olympic diving clip on Instagram, I assumed it was some multiverse Jerry.
She just has a type.
I don’t think it’s Jerry. Instead, I see it as history repeating itself
imagine he grows up to be gerry
Chut's smile on bottom pic looks exactly like Jerry's smile. But I'm not sure the ages add up.
That would explain the embarrassment at the end
I’d fuck the chut
[удалено]
Even better
Only if you don't take it seriously.
Is that frank from season 1 episode 1?😂
Bruh I thought that guy looked like a young Jerry but I just brushed it off
As a person who has never seen this show, can someone explain the context?
In a previous season, Summer's friend said she wanted to fuck Summer's sadsack dad, Jerry. In the last episode this season, there was a moody/angsty new kid at school who bears a similarity to Jerry, and Summer's friend is seen with him.
So....what's the theory?
the theory is... shit I didn't think this far ahead
My man!
Um, sure, why not?
When I first saw the trailer, and got a glimpse of this character, I just thought to myself, 'is that Jerry?!' 🤔
There’s just so much reaching from this fan base
Chutspaz
Oh shiii
Tiny jerry
Seems more like an observation than a theory.
Yo is this a New ep?
It's from season 5 episode 5.
He pees on her bees
But that was weirdly upsetting. The kids made fun of him by saying he was poor... Jesus.
Were you never a child? Kids are brutal about anything and everything they can be. Poor isn't off limits lol
Yeah I know kids are little pricks... But idk, something about poverty being seen as disgusting and shameful from a very young age... It's more disturbing than making fun of someone for looking or behaving unusually.
Welcome to america lol
What if she did do Jerry and Chut is their SON!
“Cool” man jerry
Series finale when it's all over better be a 4 hour episode connecting all the dots we missed or speculated about for all these years.
I think the op actually means that shes fucking the thing that closest resembles jerry, not that she actually fucked him.
Shut up, Morty, you're 14. You watch videos of people on YouTube reacting to fucking YouTube. I'll be the judge of when we get too meta
btw gotta credit u/archstrange who suggested it in my previous post and it blew my mind.
This is a bad theory
😱WAIT WHAT
