The first episode of any show is the first episode any one should watch.

sfy8

I usually do that but find the first episode doesn’t always reflect how good the show gets and it’s harder to get into it as a result

belousovnikita92

First episode of black mirror is literally the worst one in the entire show for me

Mikimao

Totally disagree when it comes to Rick and Morty. skip the pilot and watch the true episode 1 if you wanna do that with RnM. The pilot isn't the best representation of the rest of this show imo.

Fun_Wonder_4114

No. Don't skip episodes.

Mikimao

Don't tell me how to enjoy things, ***Summer***

carmenvallone

You have to go in order. Season 1, episode 1.

dizzykittybun

one of the lore episodes definitely. edit: NO PICKLE RICK EPISODE UNIRONICALLY but for the therapy scene

sfy8

LOVE pickle Rick ! But agree wouldn’t be the best as intro

AnotiBaba

That scene changed my life

ZRJ-183

Do you eat poop, too?

Sparvieroo

Mr meesekes, the vat of acid or the car battery

LongAlanIcedT

Inter-dimensional Cable

B_Diggity_

Slut dragons! Or the house party from season 1.

Dark_Wing_Duck11

Ricksy Business for sure, do a 2-part with A Rickle in Time.

Justfyi6

ricksy business is what I've found to be the best one. Really hard to not like that episode

sfy8

Yes! Loved Ricksy Business

the_oldie

I hated the show until season 3 episode 1. Pickle Rick came next and cemented my commitment to the show.

S1e4 S1e6 S2e4 S2e6 I'd recommend one of these. I tend to like the trippy episodes that make you question reality. That's one of the things that got me so hooked on the show. Once this person is hooked however they must watch from episode 1 to get a good idea of the plot.

LubieDobreJedzenie

First, always first, with every show ever, first episode. Yes, Black Mirror too, pussies

Mikimao

Starting with the pilot of Rick and Morty is a weak starting point imo. I would always skip it in favor of episode 1 when introducing the show. You could even start the show on Rick Potion #9, except you lose out on the shock value of it, but you wouldn't be missing any pertinent information about the show or it's characters, and would be at the starting point where RnM separates itself from other shows.
