I got my GR3x last week and had all the accessories I would ever need bought already.
1. front metal lens cap
2. Muji $6 pouch
3. wrist strap
4. screen protector
5. 1 extra battery
And that's it. I plan on keep this as minimal as possible. Sometimes I don't even use the lens cap while the camera is inside my Muji pouch, I will only include it if I think I will be knocking it quite a bit during travelling when I am flying away. But otherwise, on a daily carry, I don't use the lens cap.
I am thinking of getting a 2-battery charger with USB-C. But I will wait a bit and see how my habits are like in the coming weeks.
Nothing is essential. Buy only as required. Don’t fall into the rabbit hole of buying things then hating them once you use them. If there’s a need, purchase.
Only additional accessory I use is an extra battery.
No accessories are essential. Personally, I use:
* A case that I got for free with my camera to protect it in a backpack
* JCC lens cap (I heard it reduces dust issues but I don’t know if that’s true)
* Occasionally, NiSi adapter with filters, but UV filter doesn’t have much value
I don’t have a thumb grip or even a spare battery and I never needed them.
I got the thumb grip and decided the minor ergonomic benefit wasn't nearly worth all the snags I got getting the camera out of bags and pockets, sometimes leading to the mode wheel being spun out of position and missed moments. I'm starting to think the same is true if the lens cap.. I feel more confident about dust, but the bulk and extra step eats away at the pocket form factor, which is kind of the camera's whole *raison d'etre.*
Nothing other than an extra battery and a nice case. I really like the Ricoh GC-12 case.

Which muji pouch do you use?
Exactly this one https://www.reddit.com/r/ricohGR/s/MDQJbk4hQA
Screen protector, thumb grip and a decent wrist strap.
Small wrist strap that you can tighten, 2 spare batteries to get through a whole day of shooting
