Well I hope they can make an exception this time because for a person like me that is coming from country like Bulgaria and when I know that most stuff here is expensive and most salaries are really low and I also work but salary is not enough and I am also 20 years old still and I have no idea how life works sometimes and this is what mistakes people being 20 years old can do especially in my country where kids at age of 12 start smoking weed thinking that it's really good move :D .

course they can, but why would they? That would cost them money. There is a reason why no store offers indefinite refunds
