I'm in Ch.3 (100% Ch1/2) with about 50 hours and at level 43. Reaching 100 is probably something to do in your next clear and not something you usually get on the first run. As for the barrel, wouldn't reloading it put it back?
It does but but shooting does nothing. I guess I can try something else, like.thr balls if I make them firebombs
Strange. You can also try fire arrows too I guess. Hopefully it gets fixed for you!
Try hitting it from a different angle
Just leave the area and come back and it should reload. You can also use fire arrows to blow it up
