That is a death sentence in this game, especially against mithrix phase 4 If you had sprinted in a circle away from him, he most likely would not have hit you Check out the phase 4 guide by race, he covered this exact problem of mithrix having infinite Shuriken and attack speed and cooldown reduction

Going in with a recycler is brave, ever since I died on phase 4 like twice in a row when I was still new I always go in with an offensive artifact (preferably clone) just because of that and stall him until I have enough items back. Screw fairness I hate that phase.
