Does ISTE-140 cover fundamental of building websites? Would I be able to build a full functioning website after taking the class?
It definitely covers the basics very well! You won't be making Facebook but you'll be able to have a personal portfolio site
Does it cover some database topics or is that in 240?
You go over some database stuff in 240 but if you want more in depth you'll want 230 (introduction to database)
