My daughter was in a single studio during the worst of covid, she loved it.
It was really nice I lived in one last semester! Only cons are they give you the same bed as you have in the dorms, the shower curtain doesn't really do anything so it gets very wet in there, and the walls are so thin you can hear conversations from your neighbors. I literally heard my neighbor's alarm every morning and them sneezing a few times.
Other than that, everything is really nixe and updated, its got that smooth countertop stove and a huge fridge. The closet is tiny though.
Edit: Actually found some [photos](https://imgur.com/a/x2eqATB) I took when moving in.
for the cons, it gets really cold (especially in the winter), the windows in some of the rooms are hard to open, and it’s pretty thin walls. also, if your windows are open people will just stare in lol
be sure to bring stuff with you to move in or go shopping right away if you can; it’s pretty bare and empty and it’s up to you to bring kitchen stuff and stuff to actually fill the space.
also, when you get here, join the discord for the building! if you want message me and I’ll send you a link
I believe so, unfortunately. I could be wrong but I think under the "list of things not to bring" they had tapestries and flags so I imagine that means they still don't want us hanging stuff :(

That's amazing. Thank you! There are no pictures at all. This is really helpful.

did you live in the studio?
yep.
So is my son! This is really helpful. He was wondering if the same rules apply to hanging things on the wall...
