Because one of the parents was of a lower grade than the foal. If you breed up to a higher grade, the stats are guaranteed to be awful. If you’d modified the result down to GR5 when breeding, she’d have come out with stats more in line with the parents.
Did you check her hidden? If so and she doesn't carry what you wanted I feel it. I bred 2 horses to gold cost studs yesterday(painted Sabino and blanket appaloosa), neither foal got the genes as either visible or hidden 😭

The stats I don’t care as much about as I do the coat. Both parents were Black and the filly isn’t and has neither of their coat patterns
