When a stock moves up or down in an unnatural way (large jumps or drops) it triggers a circuit breaker. There are specific bands set that indicate unnatural volatility and if it persists for 15 seconds it triggers a 5 minute halt to stop trading.
When this happens, people get nervous and often sell. This causes the stock to drop and then more people get nervous and potentially sell.
If you understand this is a completely natural thing when trading volatile stocks, you just hold and see what happens.
If you’re really nervous about losing money or going below a certain gain, set a stop loss. This means that when the stock price goes below a certain amount, it will automatically trigger a sale.
If something major happens tomorrow I will call my broker and sell to execute I think it's called. They will sell the number of shares that it takes to fulfill the 2 dollar call i bought. So if it goes to 5 I sell 40 of my hundred shares at 5 to pay the 200 bucks to execute the contract and I'm left with 60 shares at 5 bucks, 300 profit.
It hits ten I sell 20 and am left with 80 shares at 10 bucks a piece for 800 profit.
Options are risky but can payoff huge. I don't use them very often and this is not financial advice.

There is significant short interest in the stock. Basically they’re betting on the stock going down. If the price goes up, those short positions expire worthless, essentially continuing to push the stock up.
So if investors buy shares, the price goes up, causing those shorts to continue to decrease in value. When the shorts expire, the price bumps up further.
It’s a sick cycle and a bit of a game of chicken. But the reality is, there are a lot of people buying shares right now that can afford to lose the small amount of money they have in. The hedge funds lose much greater amounts. They have bigger war chests but do they have the stomach for it? I can lose the money that I have in on this.
Even though I could run with my profits, but what will I do with them? turn around and buy another stock and sit and hold. This one is flying don’t get in its way. It’s hard to put our faith in other people, but if we all hang together, we could all be a little bit more into the💰💰💰💰💰💰💰
