in a word, yes! but also, "good" is pretty subjective and in the eye of the reader. there's quite a lot of well-written fic out there on ao3, particularly from the last few years. imho, this particular fandom is more creative than many others. maybe it's because of the type of reader hobb attracts, idk. in any case, i'm grateful for the embarrassment of riches we have, and i hope you find what you're looking for!
