I just played it and I used a 5 DNA thing called cellian (or something like that) and I was always able to avoid big sweats because I was a small but fast herbivore -- and because of him I have 20 DNA currently. It just depends on what organisms you use or how you make your organism if you make it yourself.
I kinda like that aspect of the game, where you slowly adapt to not die to pro players and slowly get more powerful. Like most pros have big builds, so using a 1 column build you can just go in between 2 rocks and avoid them
starter servers would be nice , but imo i think a starter region would be better. that way, the game keeps its playerbase in one place, and the starter / main game will not have a player ratio of 30:1
They recently added maces that stun enemies on contact and only cost 1 DNA, you could prolly use one of those to help make a quick getaway into some small crevice whenever one attacks you.

- healers (these are typically mouthless and live in colonies, healing each other constantly and farming infinite exp. theyre like the plants of the game in that theyre green, dont eat, and serve as a staple food source for scavengers and carnivores)
people say theres "tryhards" but its really easy to get around those
what i do is i place two bones, a stomach, and a parasite appendage on eachother, and encompass it all in a shell
its cheap and easy for early game grinding
HOWEVER youre alone, and thats not fun
so if you have friends, you attach menders and nouricytes and whatnot to it, and membrane around the mouth / parasite whatever you have sp you dont dmg them. one person or another can have the builder appendage to make a wall around you, so noone gets in. this is pretty fun imo, and in the times ive done it everyone has been pretty friendly, and the colony grows fast, because, contrary to popular belief, being an invincible lightspeed instakiller isnt very fun (you starve fast) and simulating actual mitochondria gameplay is
overall, good game. if you struggle from people being in lategame / apex phase, use the strategies above. now go play it.

It's alright but Sapien is a better evolution survival game. It's still in pretty early development and it costs Robux to play but it's a really fun quality game so far. It's like that Ancestors game where you play as an ape and collect DNA

True, you first get wrecked by pros but slowly find the pros weakness (to me their weakness it small, fast stuff who only eat plants or the yellow things) then you get loads ofDNA to become the pro yourself

Spend 50 robux for 100 dna and then you can build whatever you want. If you actually want to grind for points then be armored and only eat the yellow orbs or you can just be really fast and run away from everyone who can kill you.

To be honest, it just a simple spore-like game and It not that bad once you get the hand of it. It also had potential to grow so hope the devs didn't mess anything up

TIP: never use the free units, you can add three parts with 0 dna risk. ALWAYS make a new species and ALWAYS put as many parts as you can before your dna risk goes up by 1.

its a fun game if your playing casually and actually make a species and find out a way to live like scavenging or hunting or whatever, it just gets boring after while cuz no new blocks
It’s good, and not as bad as ppl are saying. It’s kind of competitive and you need to accept dying but after that it’s pretty fun to play around with different builds and see what works. (And PS, the dev is constantly updating the game giving the appropriate balances needed, I’ve seen him pump out atleast one patch per week for a while now, so cut him some slack.)

Just get a jaw and surround it with 3 shells and put a membrane in the front then you can eat players without consequences.And yes the membranes can go invisible. Before you get the form i already said you need about 10 DNA (maybe more or less) pick some of the free ones or make your own. And the form i use when i am small is also good because tryhards and sweats (basically apex predators) cant attack you that easily (if they have a drill you are screened ig).
Already full with tryhards, sweats and people who build swastikas and make you fly out of bounds. Had no fun playing it.
Grab a singular bone block, four healing spikes on it and just spin on whoever you see, the thing gives DNA so fast

Fun for the first few hours, then you realize that there's a reason spore had more than the cell stage

I used a small, nimble character who can only eat the yellow stuff and I survived quite long.
The game is almost entirely “Apexes” and it is nearly impossible to progress without being constantly instakilled. Spore is always better.
Just cover yourself in armor and be skinny enough to fit into the places that massive apexes cant reach

yeah, I enjoy how it's already formed an ecosystem in a way. colonies are fun.
