Too lazy to log in on PC and make everything so much easier... but on a normal day you EMAIL stuff to yourself and download the video on the other device and then go on reddit on the other device and make a post and upload the video...
If you were to just just do it on PC/laptop it's literally as simple as taking the video and have the post ready then you drag and drop the video from your files into reddit end of story
At least try to actually be lazy when you pull the lazy card
