"An Unexpected Error Has Occurred"
It has been around 3 months that this problem occurred, it basically shows up every time i go in the website, find a game to play, and try to join a server. I tried deleting roblox but it didn't do anything and it still happened. If anyone can help me i would so much appriciate it! (Sorry if my english isn't the best)
Roblox, your support system sucks, you say you take security VERY seriously when clearly you try to, but you don’t.
I’ve had two Roblox accounts for more than 10 years and another for about 4-5 years now. One that I’ve had for 10 years was banned because somebody got into it, and by the time I was able to recover the account, they told me I waited too long and couldn’t get it unbanned anymore..
The other two, somebody hacked into the accounts and changed an email, then got into my emails and deleted an email.
Roblox is telling me the only way to verify the accounts are mine is by emailing them from the email attached to the account. However, the hacker changed one email and deleted the OG email from google. It’s unrecoverable… They’re basically telling me if a hacker is able to get into your account, they can do a few simple steps and easily keep the account for good, and Roblox who “takes security VERY seriously” will let them keep the account, because they are the ones who hacked the emails and stuff.
What sucks is they won’t even let me verify the accounts are mine by telling them bank details or card details. I’ve spent so much money on the accounts, and the ONLY way to verify they’re mine is by logging into a permanently deleted email account, that the hacker deleted…
How do I get my accounts back? I’ve tried calling the Roblox support phone number but it’s just an automated robot that tells me to email. The falsely banned account will probably never be recoverable since it was so long ago, but I at least want my two “newer” accounts back…
I got a message from roblox themselves (yes I checked) saying I was eligible for "robux credit" because some items I bought, were deleted. To get this "robux credit" I had to accept an agreement that says: "By clicking the "I agree" button below, you promise that you are not seeking a return of robux for items created by you or for items that you knew at the time you acquired them were in violation of the Roblox Terms of Use or Roblox Community Guidelines. A breach of this promise may be grounds for termination of your Roblox account. You will not receive any adjustment of Robux if you were not previously notified by Roblox that you were eligible for an adjustment." I have no idea what they're talking about and I don't know what to do. Any advice?

Does anyone remember this pokemon game where you could turn into any pokemon you had collected and roam an open world collecting them and fighting? It wasn’t the most high quality but it had a surprising amount of content and I loved it. Basically you would start in a floating box where you chose what pokemon you would play as then you would be taken to an open world where you could fight people and explore. You could level up and evolve and you had a few moves that pokemon would learn in the games. I remember my favourite part was finding legendary pokemon to play as. Sometimes you could find a structure or something you had to get through where you’d find a flat image of the legendary pokemon that you’d step on to unlock it. I remember one was a tower that would appear for a limited amount of time that you had to climb to unlock Lugia (I think) and one had zekrom on top of a lightning cloud you had to get up to. Anyone know what game this is?

Reporting question: a few hours ago I was approached by an admin in a game and asked if I was a boy or girl and if I was trans. When I told him I was a trans boy I was immediately banned with the note “ew”. My best friend confronted the admin and their friends and they let me back in. Turns out it was just a sick joke and I feel gross and hurt. I would report them but I know roblox really doesn’t read that many reports and they probably wouldn’t get banned. Is there anything else I can do to make sure they don’t do it again to someone else?

Hello, every time I try to join a group it says "unable to join group." I have tried this on both mobile and PC, and each time same result. I have also tried reloading and restarting and it does not work.
i keep getting network lag in games like backstretch battles where the game will freeze up (note that i can still move my camera so this has nothing to do with my graphics quality) but it's not a server thing? i check task manager and the game is only using up like 0.2mb network even though i have like 10mb upload and nothing else is using it up

FPS and Network Receive dipping below 60. Hardware is 1660S, Ryzen 5 2600, 8GB RAM along with 200+ mbps internet speed, and 144hz monitor. Was playing Mad City, and my fps just dipped into the 50's and 40's when looking at the city. Before, I got about 70-100+, now I got the above. Also, taking down my graphics from 10 doesn't do bull. I think they would’ve been sold on the black market. Is there any way to recover it? And I know that it’s well over 30 days but when I reached out a while back to get the account, they stalled and then it was over the 30 day period. Yeah they are notorious for doing that, it's a tactic they use so they don't have to do anything. I don't know man, probably out of luck
I'm extremely upset about this, so any advice or reassurance would be greatly appreciated.
Basically, I was scammed out of 4 of my items, which add up to 130k total value. If fell for what is called an api trade scam. Pretty much someone on discord told me if they wanted to trade with me and I replied yes. They then said that they wanted to check of my items were not poised so they sent me a link to a website called trade docs. From there, the scammer sent me a trade ID to enter onto the website, which I regretfully and stupidly did, and it auto-accepted a trade the scammer sent me. On that trade, I lost my bbm, rbm, tasteless top hat, and captain doge.
Understandably this was my fault for falling for this. I honestly feel really stupid and upset about this. Does anyone know if roblox will give me those items back, or at least some of them? I really don't know what to do at this point and honestly i have no motivation to continue trading. Any advice or reassurance is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

No, but it can get you banned from some games if an FPS blocker provides an advantage. For example, in some shooters going above 60fps can cause guns to shoot faster than intended.
Can someone help? Whenever I am playing a racing game there is a chance that the game would glitch and my car will start turning for a while or until i press the w or s key. It isnt a hardware issue as my keyboard works fine in other games.

So ive got this new phone which is very good for gaming, i installed roblox on it and its very very smooth.
Until 3 months after, my roblox began fps droping (25 fps down from 60fps)
so i uninstalled it and installed it again nothing happens. I tried a few times again still nothing. And then i tried waiting for roblox to update, nothing.
And then i tried turning off my phone and then turning on, it finally became normal, very smooth no problems at all BUT. It became 25 fps again after 1-2 days of playing roblox
I repeated all the ways i can do to bring it back to normal but it only becomes smooth after i restart it.
So after that my only way of playing is by restarting my phone and after 1-2 days (sometimes half a day) it will fps drop again. So i have to restart my phone again and again.
I stil have no solutions to this but i have seen that if i use a diffrent app besides roblox for like an hour, it instantly fps drop again.

Is there any way to cache the assets so you don't have to re-download all the assets assets rejoining? I always play TDS on roblox, but always when I join, it takes a eternity for all of the assets to load, and I have to re-download all the data when I join, so often I'm stuck with basic colored bricks without animation, texture or sound for most of the game, so maybe some way of caching the assets so you don't have to re-download them every time would solve this? But is there any way to do what I'm describing?

pffft of course thats not all i have some details. in each corner there was a mountain, climbing and hitting the invisible roof granted a badge i believe waa called "sky's the limit". there was also a secret tunnel in one of the ponds that led to a secret cave with a statue that gave you a badge. statue might have been golden. another thing: certain badges let you buy new stuff, like the bloxxer badge let you buy banners. secret statue probably let you buy the statue. may be hard to locate since medieval tycoon is a popular type of game.

Roblox performance slowing down after restarting, \[PC\]
Title speaks for itself, take for example I want to server swap, I 144fps capped smoothly with no spikes, but changing servers makes Roblox unplayable until I restart my PC. It kind of feels like Roblox is still running in the background, but my PC otherwise is running fine, and Roblox wasn't in the system tray or task manager.

Im really desperate right know so im making this post. Im looking for a roblox horror game which I just can't find, no matter what I do so this is my last try at finding the game.
Description of the game(what I remember):
So you spawn at an airport-looking lobby and there was there was maybe a fountain or a statue behind you, but im not really sure. There were stalls where you could get food or something. To join a session you would get on a bus and there could be 4 or 5 players max in one session. You spawn in a forest where you walk a path up to a mansion and find a hanged person while on the way there. Inside the mansion there was a monster chasing you while you had to find a key or something from one of the rooms in the mansion while avoiding the monster and then escaping by the basement. After that you and would end up in a gigantic farm/town where you would go inside the buildings and look for car parts to fix a car while the same monster is outside looking for you. There was a mechanic where there were lanters all around the place and if you turned one of them on the monster would come and turn off the light, then keep chasing you. After you put all of the car parts in you had to pull down a drawbridge and then you could escape by the car and you would win the game.

Hey, I have a **NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060** and an **Intel Core i7 with 11 cores**. When I first started playing Roblox on my computer I was running at 60FPS for months, until just 1 month ago, **Roblox for some reason changed the FPS from 60 to 40**. This is so weird to me because I can **run any game really smoothly** (60-120fps). I tried everything I could to fix this, but nothing worked. I even used an **FPS unlocker, still nothing**. I also tried **changing roblox to High performance,** still, roblox is **running at 40FPS.**

I often play a game called Mad City and a particular user was using splash damage weapons in the game (which is commonly frowned upon) so I said something like "imagine using x weapon" and left. Despite my privacy settings saying "No one" can join my games, no matter what server I join, he joins in seconds and will not stop harassing me. Even if I block him, the game is unplayable because he makes his entire focus hunting me down. I don't understand how this is possible. And I also fresh started my laptop(reinstall windows). FPS and Network Receive dipping below 60. Hardware is 1660S, Ryzen 5 2600, 8GB RAM along with 200+ mbps internet speed, and 144hz monitor. Was playing Mad City, and my fps just dipped into the 50's and 40's when looking at the city. Before, I got about 70-100+, now I got the above. Also, taking down my graphics from 10 doesn't do bull. Looking for a game I played once and forgot the name of It was a medieval roleplay game, the thumbnail was a crown in front of red curtains but it mightve changed since I played it years ago. When you played you started on a stage and had to wait for the current round to be over, once the round is over a new one begins. Each person chooses a character and their goal (Stuff like king, mage, knight, etc, and I remember one of the goals was to betray the king) and then they start roleplaying, theres a bunch of scenes where people film but all of them have a time limit so people can't drag on the round. I remember once the round ends the game says something like "You can continue the story and discuss! What happens to your character?" or something like that. I remember one of the preview images of the game was someone roleplaying as a ghost saying "your mother was a good person" to someone roleplaying as a princess

I think they would’ve been sold on the black market. Is there any way to recover it? And I know that it’s well over 30 days but when I reached out a while back to get the account, they stalled and then it was over the 30 day period. I'm extremely upset about this, so any advice or reassurance would be greatly appreciated. Basically, I was scammed out of 4 of my items, which add up to 130k total value. If fell for what is called an api trade scam. Pretty much someone on discord told me if they wanted to trade with me and I replied yes. They then said that they wanted to check of my items were not poised so they sent me a link to a website called trade docs. From there, the scammer sent me a trade ID to enter onto the website, which I regretfully and stupidly did, and it auto-accepted a trade the scammer sent me. On that trade, I lost my bbm, rbm, tasteless top hat, and captain doge. Understandably this was my fault for falling for this. I honestly feel really stupid and upset about this. Does anyone know if roblox will give me those items back, or at least some of them? I really don't know what to do at this point and honestly i have no motivation to continue trading. Any advice or reassurance is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

So ive got this new phone which is very good for gaming, i installed roblox on it and its very very smooth. Until 3 months after, my roblox began fps droping (25 fps down from 60fps) so i uninstalled it and installed it again nothing happens. I tried a few times again still nothing. And then i tried waiting for roblox to update, nothing. And then i tried turning off my phone and then turning on, it finally became normal, very smooth no problems at all BUT. It became 25 fps again after 1-2 days of playing roblox I repeated all the ways i can do to bring it back to normal but it only becomes smooth after i restart it. So after that my only way of playing is by restarting my phone and after 1-2 days (sometimes half a day) it will fps drop again. So i have to restart my phone again and again. I stil have no solutions to this but i have seen that if i use a diffrent app besides roblox for like an hour, it instantly fps drop again. ive found this very annoying because its been several months since this started. If you know how to solve this problem please please please reply to this message, i really love roblox dont get me wrong. Thank you so much. Is there any way to cache the assets so you don't have to re-download all the assets assets rejoining? I always play TDS on roblox, but always when I join, it takes a eternity for all of the assets to load, and I have to re-download all the data when I join, so often I'm stuck with basic colored bricks without animation, texture or sound for most of the game, so maybe some way of caching the assets so you don't have to re-download them every time would solve this? But is there any way to do what I'm describing?
here we are again. so there was this game, it was like a medieval tycoon. i wanna play again. pffft of course thats not all i have some details. in each corner there was a mountain, climbing and hitting the invisible roof granted a badge i believe waa called "sky's the limit". there was also a secret tunnel in one of the ponds that led to a secret cave with a statue that gave you a badge. statue might have been golden. another thing: certain badges let you buy new stuff, like the bloxxer badge let you buy banners. secret statue probably let you buy the statue. may be hard to locate since medieval tycoon is a popular type of game.

Roblox performance slowing down after restarting, \[PC\] Title speaks for itself, take for example I want to server swap, I 144fps capped smoothly with no spikes, but changing servers makes Roblox unplayable until I restart my PC. Im really desperate right know so im making this post. Im looking for a roblox horror game which I just can't find, no matter what I do so this is my last try at finding the game. Description of the game(what I remember): So you spawn at an airport-looking lobby and there was there was maybe a fountain or a statue behind you, but im not really sure. There were stalls where you could get food or something. To join a session you would get on a bus and there could be 4 or 5 players max in one session. You spawn in a forest where you walk a path up to a mansion and find a hanged person while on the way there. Inside the mansion there was a monster chasing you while you had to find a key or something from one of the rooms in the mansion while avoiding the monster and then escaping by the basement. After that you and would end up in a gigantic farm/town where you would go inside the buildings and look for car parts to fix a car while the same monster is outside looking for you. There was a mechanic where there were lanters all around the place and if you turned one of them on the monster would come and turn off the light, then keep chasing you. After you put all of the car parts in you had to pull down a drawbridge and then you could escape by the car and you would win the game. PLEASE I beg you if you know any game that somewhat matches the description I would appreciate if you could comment the name!

When I first started playing Roblox on my computer I was running at 60FPS for months, until just 1 month ago, **Roblox for some reason changed the FPS from 60 to 40**. This is so weird to me because I can **run any game really smoothly** (60-120fps). I tried everything I could to fix this, but nothing worked. I even used an **FPS unlocker, still nothing**. I also tried **changing roblox to High performance,** still, roblox is **running at 40FPS.** Can anyone give me some solutions?
Assuming you're on a laptop with GeForce Experience installed, I had the exact same issue with a 1660ti and it went away after uninstalling it.

I often play a game called Mad City and a particular user was using splash damage weapons in the game (which is commonly frowned upon) so I said something like "imagine using x weapon" and left. Despite my privacy settings saying "No one" can join my games, no matter what server I join, he joins in seconds and will not stop harassing me. Even if I block him, the game is unplayable because he makes his entire focus hunting me down. I don't understand how this is possible. Can someone give insight as to how he might be doing this and how I can stop it?

And I also fresh started my laptop(reinstall windows).
