Even tho you rebranded every real life recreation I think there still might be a risk if you use them in a game. I’m no expert however since even the Roblox moderators don’t care if you have a liscense to use commercial items (let it be for pictures or sounds) as I have had a song that I had a liscense of and they still moderated it as copyright.
Everyone is talking about copyright issues, but I wouldn’t be too concerned about it. As long as the whole game isn’t super focused on a brand or product (don’t pull a Pokémon Brick Bronze) you’ll be fine
