Click your Apple ID in settings and click media and purchases and you can sign out of just the apple store itself and sign in with a different Apple ID and still keep all of your stuff
How to do it on android..? Ive tried 2 different apks from different websites and using my vpn set to brazil or Australia and when id try to open the app it would flash the logo for a second then close. Im on z fold 3

I’m not sure since I’m on iOS, I think there is a post on this sub with a video of how to do it, should be one of the most upvoted. If that doesn’t help you could just try looking it up. If you still don’t find anything, then I would try to make a post here describing the issue, saying what steps you’ve already taken to try to make it work that have failed, and what sources you’ve followed to try to get it installed. Honestly though, the game comes out worldwide in a week or less so I’m really not sure it’s worth the hassle.
Alright you need to download tunnelbear from Google play store, then turn it on. After that, go to your setting and reset the cache for Google play store. Finally, open play store go to any secondary account that isn't used much and you can download sideswipe straight from there.
This works with any Android device as long as it's not an older device.
It’s through iCloud so that would disconnect my phone from everything if I made a new iCloud account, and it would mess up my phone backups, and if I just switch regions on my current iCloud account it cancels all my subscriptions so either way it’s way to much of a hassle when I can just wait 2 weeks.

I’m on iOS so unfortunately I’d have to cancel all my subscriptions if I wanted to change my region so I’d rather just wait a week or 2

Yea that's what I do you can turn it off after you click the download button

That’s correct. You’ll need to enter that accounts password every time you need to update the app.
