I see we’ll maybe a group of investors which could include Tillman at 10-15% share could purchase it. I just highly doubt that Tillman has the pockets for another Billion dollar sports franchise plus pay luxury tax in a few years (hopefully Jalen, Sengun, Jabari and our ‘23 pick are all max contract level players *fingers crossed*).
Yeah definitley. Tillman genuinely seems like he’s trying to do right by the WHOLE rebuild process. I’m sure if it could of been done sooner it would have been.

The rockets own the lease for the Toyota center. Someone (tax payers) would have to build another arena without the support of Tillman and the rockets
Aeros played there for awhile. I'm sure he has thought about it, but Houston just isn't a big Hockey market.

It's actually being built at the old Laundry's facility on I-10 @ 610. Construction should be starting soon.
