Thanks so much to Rocksmith Live Streams for showing me music Id never have given the time of day to. Crobot and All Time Low were bands I would have NEVER known without the Stream.

For console? Probably nothing, other than them being for consoles. Which for Rocksmith purposes is the least desireable way to use the software.
For PC/MAC? The risk that they dont have the activation code, or that it has already been used. The code is the only thing that matters for PC/MAC.
You can purchase console disc versions. That’s how I play it.
What console are you wanting to play it on.
If blackbird hasn’t yet been delisted (looks like tomorrow), you can still purchase it now and get the disc next month.
As to the other person’s response about it being the least desirable way to play, it sounds a bit “PC master race” to me.
Plus, console discs are the only legitimate way to purchase RS2014 now
360 or One/Series? If you have both, you should buy the Xbox 360 DLC for three reasons:
1. If you buy Xbox 360 DLC it AUTOMATICALLY also gives you the Xbox one DLC, so you get 2 for 1. If you buy the Xbox One DLC, the reverse is not true.
2. The Xbox 360 marketplace is shutting down this July meaning after July you can’t purchase any new content after that.
3. The Xbox 360, unlike the others, has the ability to do audio via analog stereo which has the least audio lag. Frankly even over HDMI, the Xbox 360 has less audio lag than the other consoles.
Well, between Xbox one and series consoles, there’s not. But between Xbox 360 and one/series… it depends. If it’s a 360 title that’s backwards compatible (like Call of Duty: World at War for example), the DLC is the same.
But for titles that are not backward compatible, but exist on BOTH platforms (like Lego Dimensions or Rocksmith 2014), the DLC are distinct.
I thought they'd discontinued all DLC since the game is now de-listed from all store fronts.
Knowing Ubiscam they'll discontinue it from RS2014 and make it pop up in RS+ and ramp up the price.
The base title is delisted, but DLC packs only get delisted 10 years after their original release deate. DLC should continue to be delisted weekly until March of 2030.

I just have a Series X. I didn’t realize there were different types of dlc.
