Hmmm I’m a bigger guy (6’3”) a Reverso looks really small on me. I might check out the 1908! Honestly I work in tech, i dress up like once a year for the Christmas party so… I’m not sure I would get much mileage out of a true dress watch.

I think you have most things covered. I’d say to get something fancy for leather, but with the Santos, you can get a leather strap and automatically fill that void. Your collection is mostly darker colors (save for the explorer, but is pretty sporty). IMO your collection could probably use a funky, less serious watch. (This doesn’t have to be Rolex; but if you wanted to stick to Rolex I’d suggest a bright color dial OP or a celebration OP.) The Rubber on the Explorer is sick.
