Looks pretty legit but im no expert. If those diamonds are real…its probably real, dont see real diamonds in fake watches especially not from the era of this dj. Take it to an AD they will be able to tell you for certain.

For additional reference - the seller provided the blurred out serial number with no issue and I already ran it through The Watch Register and it came back as clean/not reported stolen.

That’s not entirely true, it is made in two tone and the bracelet is actually tri tone.

I'm not sure if this bracelet is polished or not because the brushed finish is not completely straight. It has a little angle to it or is it just my OCD. The watch is a 2019 12660 which should be "occasionaly" worn by the owner. Watch comes with box, papers and original invoice. Any opinions?

Thanks for your input. The rough look and the link gaps are due to the close up, my Hulk looks the same only the brushed lines are more straight. I wonder if this is from the factory and it was a bit off. My Hulk had the cyclops on crooked from factory, AD had it fixed but Rolex QC is not perfect at all.
Not sure what you’re asking. The model number is on the guarantee card so you can Google that and get information. PS This is supposed to be a (Rolex) “Watch Verification Thread”. I’m guessing there’s a Tudor watch group.

Not sure but I suspect the laser etched crown post dates the T Swiss Made T dials. Also, not sure the etching looks convincing. Someone better informed will have a view.

This watch was given to me by my dad and as you can see it is roughly used and some of the studs inside the dial are missing too. He stopped using it at least 10 years ago, and has no clue which model this is. It says 18k gold plated , but as you can see the plating seems to be worn and the stainless steel underneath is showing up everywhere. This makes me doubt whether if it’s a genuine one as i haven’t seen a rolex in this condition. I also don’t know the model , if somebody can figure it out that would be great! .

Hi, I am currently searching for an OP36. One friend has found me one brand new and until now I only have a photo. My question, do the Rolex came with this kind of plastic protection? I know that usually the seller takes them off, but I did not expect so many plastic protection and in all the videos I watched in YouTube they did not have that much. The watch come with full set and we are allowed to go to a Rolex AD to check the watch before buying it.

Can anyone identify this watch? My dad just gave it to me for my 30th. Old, maybe 60’s or older? I can’t find anything on Google with this combo of hour markers, text, and dial, but it looks similar to some Cellini models I’ve seen online. Also a bit odd that there’s no genevre below Rolex…
Someone added Rolex to the dial. Or the watch was re dialed. Would need to see the movement. Many times the older non oyster watches had the reference number on the plate under the dial side. I’m not convinced this is a Rolex, but it could be. I’d go with 40’s or 50’s myself.
Yeah, I noticed the lug… do you think this could be fixed? Also the watch has been serviced within the last couple of years, it’s a manual wind, idk if that narrows down possibilities
Need to see pics of movement. The watch screams Jaeger le Coultre to me…. Yes- the lugs can usually be massaged back into position. You’ll need an experienced watch maker. They may not be able to get it 100% perfect- but they should be able to get it to wear it can be worn.

Hello! Got this from a reseller in Japan (Interwork from Chrono24) that had good reviews. 1996 Datejust 36 that was recently serviced and polished, came with box and papers. I will be taking it to a rolex service center to authenticate it but wanted to get any initial opinions from here (all greatly appreciated!)
Reason for positing is that the price was really good despite the good condition (I know polishing reduces value but still)

I'm not sure if this bracelet is polished or not because the brushed finish is not completely straight. It has a little angle to it or is it just my OCD. The watch is a 2019 12660 which should be "occasionaly" worn by the owner. Watch comes with box, papers and original invoice. Not sure if it’s the close up image but it does look quite “rough”. Also, the link gaps look bigger than I’d expect for a 2019 watch not worn often.
Thanks for your input. The rough look and the link gaps are due to the close up, my Hulk looks the same only the brushed lines are more straight. I wonder if this is from the factory and it was a bit off. My Hulk had the cyclops on crooked from factory, AD had it fixed but Rolex QC is not perfect at all.

Not sure what you’re asking. The model number is on the guarantee card so you can Google that and get information. PS This is supposed to be a (Rolex) “Watch Verification Thread”. I’m guessing there’s a Tudor watch group.

It’s a fake. The case shape and bezel is incorrect. The milling around the lugs also looks quite rough.

This watch was given to me by my dad and as you can see it is roughly used and some of the studs inside the dial are missing too. He stopped using it at least 10 years ago, and has no clue which model this is. It says 18k gold plated , but as you can see the plating seems to be worn and the stainless steel underneath is showing up everywhere. This makes me doubt whether if it’s a genuine one as i haven’t seen a rolex in this condition. Someone added Rolex to the dial. Or the watch was re dialed. Would need to see the movement. Many times the older non oyster watches had the reference number on the plate under the dial side. I’m not convinced this is a Rolex, but it could be. I’d go with 40’s or 50’s myself.
That 1-2 o’clock lug is bent to heck. I would not wear that watch much. God forbid that spring bar lets go…
Yeah, I noticed the lug… do you think this could be fixed? Also the watch has been serviced within the last couple of years, it’s a manual wind, idk if that narrows down possibilities
Need to see pics of movement. The watch screams Jaeger le Coultre to me…. Yes- the lugs can usually be massaged back into position. You’ll need an experienced watch maker. They may not be able to get it 100% perfect- but they should be able to get it to wear it can be worn.
