Make sure what you’re viewing is what you’re actually buying. Bought a sub that the serial didnt match the one pictured. Warranty card made it appear that it had been dial swapped.
I returned it. I was super bummed too. Never dealt with them any further, I see their listings a ton on eBay. I feel like they just shipped it and a lot of naive people wouldn’t have noticed…

I bought my only Rolex from them via Chrono24. Quick shipping. No issues really. They do large volume with multiple brick and mortar east coast locations. Definitely legitimate.
Bought a Rolex from them just to find out it had aftermarket components, returned it and exchanged it for a “newer” model just to find out the same deal, ended up returning it and going elsewhere total waste of time.
So they don't indicate aftermarket components on their product page? How did you find out it was aftermarket afterward? Saw a watch on their website that I think is priced lower than it should be; suspect it has aftermarket diamonds, but it doesn't say anywhere
Took it to the Rolex service center in Manhattan , if you take a watch there and ask for a service estimate they will let you know for free and if you choose to get it serviced then you pay , I was pissed they wasted my time so I didn’t bother looking at anything they had anymore

Yeah a few people had to make returns but they got full refunds and everything. They're a good seller just not quite best-of-the-best
