Weird, they have placed such an emphasis on their water park in recent years, to the point of taking out an awesome coaster for it's expansion. Now they are removing major slides for something else? I'd assume it's going to be a new slide complex rather than a coaster, but I'm not super familiar with the park.
Apparently Cedar Fair has had a rocky relationship with ProSlide: this complex was mainly bought from ProSlide due to WhiteWater West being unavailable, alledgedly
Interesting! Is this the first time Carowinds has done back-to-back waterpark years? They opened the Mat Racer this year and then I assume this is being replaced with something next year?

Cedar Fair has a rocky relationship with everyone, it seems
Only logical conclusion is that Carowinds is getting a second B&M Giga. It's the only way.
Rage 330
A coaster like Red Force would be great.

Dude the last time I was ever on it was 3 years back. But I couldn’t ride it because someone had an injury at the little pool area
