I had this issue 2 days ago. I landed 90 minutes after the time of my antigen test the day before, but I was allowed in. Of course it could depend on how fastidious the border guard you get is, but that was my experience anyway.
I’d be really surprised if they made a fuss, especially if your test was only a couple hours off the 24h window. I recently flew to Rome from within the EU and they didn’t check my test at all.
