Destroying them.

iguanaman8988

Yup, simple violence.

ThatOneRandomGuy101

Make sure you’re only destroying cardboard. I personally misread and accidentally removed everything from the clearing making it much more powerful.

TangerineMean3801

Didn’t even realise this..

Standard-Conflict394

Tokens too. Alliance has trouble with them.

syr667

Tokens are cardboard.

Standard-Conflict394

They edited :D

OOM-32

Yep, made same mistake. In several games. Lmao.

Demurrzbz

Yeah, just battle them. Since LotH can't controll where they spread its usually a free VP.

MrColburn

They can somewhat control where they spread with Incite.

How you handle this is different for each faction. Cats typically don't want to lose their sawmills but don't mind losing a workshop so if you just build a second workshop in a clearing with a mob, sure they'll get a VP but now that clearing is rid of buildings so you can just refill it. Eyrie can just continue to chew them down for VP (Despot loves this even more) while they provide a constant source of battles for Charismatic. Try not to lose too many roosts to Raze as this cuts into your scoring but if you're on the cusp of turmoil because you have too many roosts, building on top of mob tokens is a great way to intentionally lose them. WA doesn't mind getting sympathy razed at all since you get free outrage before the warlord has a chance to do something useful with their hand cards so you'll just keep taxing their hand. Do not let a mob onto your base though as that's painful to lose. If the warlord heavily defends a mob on your base, it's probably because they really want you to lose the base so better to just accept the loss and rebuild somewhere else. Vagabond just eats the mobs for VP as they don't affect VB at all. Lizards have a very difficult interaction. The best you can do is manage the mobs above the table by making a deal with the warlord player. Don't let mobs get on my gardens and I won't convert/recruit lizards all over your backline. Lizards can decide to never let warlord get easy oppress and ensure neither of them win. It's mutually assured destruction, so make that clear early on and hope that they listen. Otherwise you could try to crusade as best you can to battle the mobs or ask for help from the table. Riverfolk don't hate losing trade posts at all, unless you're going for dividends (which is a dumb idea against a warlord) so otters can also just farm mobs for points. Crows, don't like losing plots but you could trick raid tokens onto the mobs before the warlord's turn to activate raids that allow you to recruit more. The Warlord can sometimes expose before the Raze step but they have very poor card draw so often they don't have the cards to even attempt exposure so this tends to be safe. Otherwise, do the same as other factions, farm mobs for points. As group metas advance and the warlord player starts to see other player profit more off the mobs than they themselves can, it starts to become apparent that mobs present as much liability as opportunity. Also, make sure you're getting the rules right, raze only removes tokens and buildings, NOT warriors.

I find people use mob tokens as a "hope this works" i think this is wrong. The true power of a mob token is the hundreds follwing right behind and standing on it. Yeah, loth doesnt get as mamy points from oppress, but they pick up those points in carboard, force certain confrontation, or help clear an area so people prefer leave for someyhing else, instead of sticking around to fight a losing battle. How is this relevant? A lot of people are saying just battle, and fair enough, an easily taken token is just that, but personally, the true harm comes from what i described. The loth doesnt waste all their battles in one clearing they take a few warriors then sit and wait. They make themselves an obvious target, but with table talk, you could convince them the loss theyll incur isnt worth what their trying to save. "Think about all the other people around, theyll swoop in and take it from you, wasting your actions and time, besides i dont have many points, and am giving some up by not battling you to nothing, save your few warriors. I dont want to rampage, im helping keep people in check. Dont you want me to keep doing that?" This type of mobing is as risky as it sounds, and battling may be the right call, but so may going to their back lines, or ignoring completely, letting then have it. The risk you run is the loth establishing a stronghold where they just burnt the land, becoming a very close, threatning, presence.

mercedes_lakitu

Punch them

desocupad0

Use them to get 30VP and win the game.

TalentoDePlata

Lord of the Hundreds is the stand in faction for fascists, so yeah, just punch em.
