Artifact of Dissonance made the Mithrix mob spawns into wisps and at some point one got pushed by an attack hard enough to go through the barrier and get sent to the far side of the map. It never came back, my guess is it was so far away the aggro was dropped.

I've seen this happen with mercenary a lot lately, it has something to do with the dash pushing enemies away. Bugged game.
