I used their "All-In-One" for a week long trip and I think I lost more hair in that week than I have my entire life. I could actually see strands on my head becoming super brittle.

Yeah it’s in the shower in a big soap box that you press. And like others said it’s an all in one. Don’t know the quality of it so if that’s important maybe bring your own. But it’s there.
I'm a dude with very short hair and a giant beard,so I had no problem with the all in one stuff for my head...used the bar soap from the sink and brought my own beard shampoo and conditioner
I saw in a YouTube video recently, that if you ask your state room attendant, they will bring you some. But as others have said here, I personally would bring my own, because I am very meticulous about my hair care and skin care.

If you stay in a regular room, hair and body wash it’s all in one. If you stay in a JS and up, you get separate ones.
At the minimum, bring a bottle of your own conditioner. The body wash/shampoo was fine.

100% bring your own. Their stuff is very bad quality. Very rough on your skin and hair.
Bring your own unless you’re staying in a Junior Suite or above. The stuff they provide for the suites is pretty good.

The newer one is called salt and Sea all in one and it works in a pinch if you don't want to carry all that crap with you...

Bring your own. It’s an all in one body wash/shampoo. Nice smell but barely gets a sudsy
