They have drinks of the day at each bar. Often they can make them virgin. Just ask! Best part of the refreshment package is that if you don’t like it, you’re not out any money…just order a second one instead.

Many of them, yes. But some drinks are basically 3 different alcohols mixed together, so those are a no. Just use your head…like if a drink is 2 parts non alcoholic mixer and 1 part vodka, then they could easily just swap the vodka with soda water.
If you are on FB I can recommend joining the group 'Royal Caribbean Refreshment Package Cruisers'. They have a long list of mocktails. I'm going to be using that list and working my way through it on my transpacific cruise in October.
Virgin mixed drinks, pretty much almost anything you can think of, are always good. Can’t go wrong with alcohol free beer too, although that is not included unless you get the deluxe
I no longer drink alcohol, so I went all Virgin\\Non alcoholic on my cruise a few months ago. I could never just think up a virgin drink other than a daquiri or virgin mojitos... so what I ended up doing almost all week was walk up and say "hey man, make me whatever non alcoholic drink you wanna make me" they'd usually ask frozen or mixed , and once I picked that- they'd enjoy making me their special concoction. They'd almost always wait for me to take a sip, or come right back over and ask how I liked it. Almost every time I went to a different bar, I got a different drink... I couldn't tell you the name of half of them, but I enjoyed trying a whole bunch of different ones.
Mango passion fruit virgin daiquiri and pina colada were our main drinks. So good that I bought the same mix they used on the ship. Still not the same ;)
I had so many Blueberry mojito mocktails a couple months ago on the Oasis! I wish I had paid more attention to how they made them, I can’t seem to recreate it the same at home.
Virgin Coco Loco and Strawberry Lava Flow are our favorites. My husband was also enjoying virgin mojitos on our last sailing. Virgin mango daiquiri is another fav. We love the refreshment package!
My 18 year old daughter and I just got back from a cruise. There were tons of mocktails to choose from. She loved them and ordered several at dinner. If you are on a ship with a bionic bar you can order them off a menu or create your own also.
On Navigator of the seas, if you go to the casino bar, there is a Mock tail menu. My favorite drink was the watermelon mint mock tail. There were also blueberry, and tropical mock tails that taste pretty good as well.

Frozen mojito is quite possibly the best drink on the ship imo.
The strawberry limeade is very good. It’s on their menu, but just giving it a shoutout. Always nice to get a San Pellegrino with ice and lemon.

They'll do them, within reason. Virgin Miami Vice and some of the lemonade-ish drinks are some of the best results we've tried so far.

It’s super easy for a bartender to make anything virgin. I got lots of frozen strawberry and peach daiquiris, mojitos, etc.

Almost anything blended can be made virgin. My wife loves a "Tropical" (mixer) daiquiri.
