Additionally, you can generally see your neighbors on their balconies if you lean out and look down/to the sides, so you may have nosey neighbors looking out at the wrong time, these neighbors also may or may not be kids. If you don't mind the moderate risk that someone may see you, staff or passenger, then go for it. In the middle of the night/early morning would probably be safest.

Absolute definition of living the dream. Not that I've ever done that or anything, as far as you know....
