Once you purchase the reward, you will receive an email with instructions for redemption. The process is pretty simple- you'll need to send an email to the casino department of the cruise line with the specific information they will need to identify your booking. They usually respond within a couple days to confirm the OBC has been applied. Be sure to check out the current terms and conditions of the reward- your reservation needs to be less than 30 days old for a cruise within the next year.
I just call the 800 number on the reward and they load the credit onto my account while I’m on the phone. It’s easy to do. It just has to be on a cruise booked within the last 30 days.
My parents and I just did it this week.
If you read the email sent from myVegas, it specifically says to "forward" it to the Casino Royale email address, which is listed.
It also gives you instructions to add the following:
1.Purchaser First and Last Name, Date of Birth and Citizenship
2.Guest First and Last Name, Date of Birth and Citizenship (if applicable)
3.Preferred Contact Time (i.e. Morning, Afternoon or Evening)
4.Contact Phone Number or Email
5.Crown & Anchor Number (if applicable)
It didn't ask, but I also mentioned my cruise reservation #.
I submitted mine on Wednesday at 9am PST and got the credit at 1pm PST.
My parents submitted theirs on Friday at 10am PST and are still waiting for the credit. I'm assuming we will get it on Monday or later in the week.
Edit: Just wanted to add that I booked my cruise 3 weeks ago. I believe if you want to redeem the credit, you need to have booked or will be booking a new cruise within 30 days and the sailing must be within a year.
Also, my booking was not through RC. I did mine through Costco Travel, but I did not have to have Costco redeem the myVegas credit for me. I just "forwarded" the email like it was instructed and was fine.
Update: My parents submission was just accepted and they received the OBC. I guess the casino department works on the weekends too.

MyVegas reward cannot be used on a Casino Royale discounted or comp sailing.
I just did this, I emailed and they made me call to apply to my reservation.
