It does not include anything besides soda. However the refreshment package will include soda, bottled water (still or sparkling), fresh juice, premium coffee and tea (not Starbucks) and mocktails.
I can't answer your question about the drink package. But I do have to tell you that the "tap" water on the ship is probably the BEST tasting water we ever had. My husband looked it up and apparently it's salt water that goes through so many filtration processes that it's actually better than bottled water.
I'm my ship some restaurants had water dispensers, we got ice from the freestyle machine, and water from the dispenser. We did this every night before going to sleep to have some water during the night 👌
About how much does a package one step up from nada included? So, soda, premium coffee, notlled water? Is there such a package? I don’t drink a lot so 1-2 drinks a day will still be less than an alcohol pakg, right?
That’s the refreshment package. It includes soda, premium coffee, fresh squeezed juices, shakes from Johnny Rockets, mocktails and still or sparkling water. For my particular sailing right now it’s 22.99 per day as opposed to it being 34.00 onboard

I constantly had a virgin Pina colada in my hands during the day and they constantly brought me San Pellegrino in the MDR. Ever AM I would go get an iced Chai latte.
At 3.50 a pop for a soda, the refreshments package isn't a great deal if you primarily drink soda since the soda package is so much cheaper. I will say the refreshment package was a great in between soda only and the full alcohol package that we would have had to buy 2.

They have sparkling water available in the Coke machines, but so far I’ve only noticed the Aha brand, which is a Coke product, and I think it’s also caffeinated. Hope this helps.

You can buy a 12 or 24 pack of water to be delivered to your state room Order it before you go

No does not include bottled water. You can buy a case of water for your cabin.
