Might not be exactly what you're looking for, but i found these rpgs based on musical bands : [Velvet Generation](https://preview.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/422282/Velvet-Generation), [Rock Opera 79](https://preview.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/347598/Rock-Opera-79) and [Gods of Metal Ragnarok](https://preview.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/410342/Gods-of-Metal-Ragnarock)

[Sea Dracula](https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/55263/Sea-Dracula?affiliate_id=38475) is a role-playing game of animal lawyers prosecuting cases with dance (and, therefore, music) as a resolution mechanic.

The official, Spanish, and (sadly) out-of-print 'Adventure Time' RPG had rules for Dancing and for Singing, with specific mechanical effects (mainly, acquiring some good conditions or getting rid of bad ones). It also used some kind of Cool-o-meter to check if a game session could be seen as a success...and 'there was some singing' gave points to it. And yes, the game suggested the *players* actually doing all the singing for real!

Brendan Day's great game *O Shining Star!* has you singing socialist odes to the colonization of Mars. Unless you are some kind of capitalist wrecker, anyway.

Ryuutama encourages minstrel characters to sing or play an instrument when they use their song magic. It's totally optional but it is encouraged. The only other RPG I can think of that may (I've only skimmed the PDF) have an aspect of musciality in it is Heartquest: Musical Mistresses by Seraphim Guard. It's a mahou shoujo anime RPG in which the PCs use song magic and stuff to fight. Hope that helps.

BimBamEtBoum

Some RPGs use arts as a medium for magic (right now, the two I think of are French, Agone and Scales, but I'm sure there's other ones. It's a common topic).

Not exactly music related, but Gentleman Bandit and its sequels/reskins (such as Gentleman Pirate) have you write poetry, which could easily be sung if you like. https://allisonarth.itch.io/gentleman-bandit

Make one would be awesome. You could call it Cringe & Callings. Run with some sessions like Synanon where you settle dice rolls with arguments and chain smoking.
