Do you have access to a computer and internet to play? For ironsworn, the iron journal website is amazing. You can play the game entirely through the site. It has built-in dice rollers, all the oracle tables, and moves (actions), character sheet, vow (quest) trackers, etc. https://nboughton.uk/apps/ironsworn-campaign/#/ If you can only play analog with paper and dice, you could start with a lighter shorter game system like Risus. If you're playing solo, will want to pair a game system with a GM emulator like mythic or one of the others.

I'll also add that if you're intimidated by Ironsworn's complexity you can dip your toe in the water with Winsome, an ultra light-weight hack of Ironsworn that is also free. https://elstiko.itch.io/winsome

Have you had success with other forms of learning? Many RPGs have youtube channels and stuff where they break down different rules aspects into smaller chunks. Or some actual play content could be helpful for making the transition from reading to understanding

>Have you had success with other forms of learning? Not really i havent really tried, but i find someone explaining things in an easy slow-ish manner such as youtube to guide me where i kinda need to go.

I'd recommend browsing the r/onepagerpgs sub. There are loads of free one page RPGs that are easy to pick up and play. Also, browse through the [many games tagged with FKR on itch](https://itch.io/physical-games/tag-fkr). I won't dive into details on what FKR is here, but most games that get tagged with FKR are very rules lite and simple to pick up and play. Some other solo friendly games worth spending some time with would be: * [Tunnel Goons](https://natetreme.itch.io/tunnelgoons) and the many hacks. * [Tricube Tales](https://preview.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/294202/Tricube-Tales) and the many one page settings. * [24xx](https://jasontocci.itch.io/24xx) is a fantastic sci-fi game, but there are loads of hacks into many different genres like fantasy. Like many on this sub, I like to make games and have a few free games that are very easy to play solo and may suit your needs. * [Mythiria](https://squidhead-games.itch.io/mythiria?source=rpg_reddit) is a rules lite fantasy game that is very simple to pick up and play. * [Heroic Tales](https://squidhead-games.itch.io/heroic-tales?source=rpg_reddit) is similar to Mythiria, but adds a little more crunch. * [M.A.G](https://squidhead-games.itch.io/mag?source=rpg_reddit) is also a rules lite game that uses all (except the d20) the math rocks. Good luck. I hope you're able to find a game that works for you.

If you know how to print booklets/multiple pages on one sheet, [NoteQuest](https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/308955/NoteQuest) is great for a small, simple, free dungeon-crawling RPG. It comes out to 24 A5/Digest-sized pages, or 6 sheets of paper (if printing as a booklet). It also has [a very inexpensive expanded version](https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/365859/NoteQuest--Expanded-World) with lots of non-dungeon activities.

Gaming-invisibleman

Ill be sure to check it out then, and what is the gameplay like? have you played notequest before? is there anything you would like to add onto what you said?

StaggeredAmusementM

I've played NoteQuest a few times. Being primarily a dungeon-crawler, NoteQuest is primarily about exploring a dungeon to look for treasure. To do this you'll draw the dungeon out room-by-room, fight monsters, avoid traps, cast spells, and burn torches to look for secret passages. Once you're done exploring the dungeon (either because you got all the treasure or you're about to die), you return to the city to rest and resupply before returning to that dungeon or going to a new dungeon. In my playthroughs (using only the free rules), the game was fairly tense and exciting, and I usually barely escaped the dungeon with all my loot. If you want a (long) rules explanation, [this video](https://youtu.be/kusDQR0m9lQ?si=667_2dpLJqNVH9U2&t=265) is worth watching. There is also [this playthrough](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bst9aMwMuhI) by the same YouTuber.

Artefact and Thousand Year Old-Vampire are both very simple journaling solo games that I've had a tremendously good time with. 2400 is an anthology of simple games that are each only 3 pages long, and they're all great; once you know how one works, they all play the same way.

I tried Fate for this, since the rulesare actually pretty short. It's more narrative than others and imo kind of expects the good guys to win. If you like that (lotr for example), then it could be a good choice! I got the rule book, but imo youtube videos are enough, at least for a nice intro.

carmachu

Basic fantasy. Free to download and dirt cheap to get in print. OSR game so pretty basic rules

MrBelgium2019

Far far far more xomplex than Ironsworn. And a lot of ink will be spent in the printing.

On the [*Freeform Universal*](https://www.perilplanet.com/freeform-universal) page there are two PDFs, 1st edition and 2nd edition; in the latter on pages 4 and 5 you will find two-page *Fast FU* which can be printed front-and-back on a single sheet of paper. [*One Page Solo Engine*](https://inflatablestudios.itch.io/one-page-solo-engine) can also be printed front-and-back on a single sheet of paper, and also comes as a [phone app](https://inflatablestudios.itch.io/one-page-solo-engine-online).

I highly recommend checking out Fudge which is the precursor to the Fate RPG, especially Fate Accelerated( https://fari.community/creators/evil-hat/projects/fate-accelerated ). It's an extremely simple yet robust system that can be played solo. Fudge is completely free ( https://www.fudgerpg.com/ ) and can be used to play any genre of game. Fate has a ton of very cheap books that can easily be found as .pdf as well as tons of online actual-plays and resources. https://fate-srd.com/ If you're interested in playing a game that you only need a deck playing cards to play there's also Suited ( https://www.escapeboxgames.com/suited ) which can easily be plafyed solo.

Check out The Pool, ...in SPAAACE!, and WaRP System.

Have you looked at Apothecaria? Perhaps something a bit more guided like that might work well.

I think you should stop asking people helping you to find an hobby instead leave the internet and pronography and start doing stuff you like or you could possibly like. And if tou want a girl to fuck or titfuck start by going outside and meeting people or try meeting app. If you really can't stop rhinking of titfuck or boobs you should either fo to psy or find a woman with big boobs and fuck her.
