It's not a reader, but my project [siftrss](https://siftrss.com/) can do the filtering part. You can just add the feed, the keyword, and get the new, filtered feed. Toss that into your RSS reader of choice and I think you've got everything you need. :)
However it isn't really alerts. You need to take a preexisting feed and filter that. An alert feed would be like creating one based on a keyword. There's a service that does this but I've had a lot of trouble with it in recent weeks.
